Had a private office in the back building (West wing) at BizHaus for 6+ years and loved our experience. It does an excellent job of providing all the benefits of a professional coworking experience youre looking for while preserving a human touch and strong community that are often lacking in Coworking Businesses.We enjoyed the back building which offered a quieter experience daily, but also allowed us to dip into the front building whenever we liked to enjoy the community built from the open space and hot desks. Also loved the community events held ~quarterly for holidays. Its not often as an adult that you get to express your creativity with full fledged Halloween costumes like I did at BizHaus.Shoutout to the ownership, Joe & Keith, and Ariana who held down the office on the day to day. Theyre all great people and lovely to interact with.

This space is perfect: professional yet comfortable. I love working in cafes but find them a bit too noisy and not completely amenable. I work in the open area and I find it just right - enough ambient noise to keep my monkey mind happy/keep my social self occupied, yet not too noisy that Im distracted. I love the private booths to take calls/Zooms and the kitchen has everything I need to keep me caffeinated and full. The space is beautiful and the neighborhood is great for a lunch time stroll or after-work yoga class. I also cant say enough about Ariana. She was and is my first point of contact. Shes knowledgable, friendly, ever-so-helpful and keeps the place fun. When I first signed up, she ran over to give some kids of a office space renter big hugs, and I knew this was my home away from home :) Its a very warm and friendly place to be -- a lot thanks to her!

I have worked at many co-working spaces around the South Bay and this is by far the best one. Ariana at the front desk and Joe (co-owner) make you feel welcome right away. The facilities have everything you need in a remote office and they have multiple options for different types of offices and meeting rooms. The decor is modern and clean, the fellow co-workers are respectable, and the free coffee is hot.

Simply put, BizHaus is just amazing! The conference rooms are always clean and everything is well organized. The vibe is very relaxed and stress free. But what makes BizHaus special is their staff - especially Ariana! She always goes above and beyond and ensures that our visits go smoothly. Ariana has saved me from computer connection issues to making sure our food is always delivered properly. I dont think I could do our monthly offsite meetings at BizHaus without her!

My team (about 8 of us) last minute needed a place to meet and strategize. I happen to walk by BizHaus a few days before and called them to see if I needed a membership. Turned out we could rent conference or workspace by the hour, and it was incredibly reasonable! I made the reservation, we came in and were given a fantastic space! The management and front desk were really friendly, and super accommodating. We kept having to extend our time and they just made it work for us. They have all kinds of additional amenities that we didnt use that I could see being great for people who need an occasional space or who dont want the big-box type coworking space. I am really happy to know that a place like this exists and I would recommend BizHaus to anyone who needs space.

We have been at Bizhaus for almost 2 years now in a private office and I have to say this has been a extremely positive experience for us. We were in a dedicated office space before, but by going with Bizhaus, we have access to a fully equipped office facility that comes without any of the hassles of renting your own space. We dont have to worry about things like wifi, printers, cleaning, security and just focus on the work. We have also been recording our podcast right here in one of the meeting rooms for a year now. There is always the Marina Del Rey office if a guest or client wants to meet there.But the best part about it is the people here. Not only are the Bizhaus staff friendly and competent but the other members here are also cool. Were spending a lot of time working here and being surrounding by nice people is quite important. Bizhaus offers a bunch of casual events with food and drinks that allow you to get to know the other members and its the perfect amount of socializing you would want from a shared office space.

Bizhaus was very welcoming, clean and friendly! I had everything I needed to work for a couple days while I was in town visiting. Ariana was particularly helpful and gracious in hosting me at the workspace, as I am a nursing mother and had specific needs while there. Highly recommend the space!

Great execution of a seemingly commoditized concept. The simple stuff is easily covered - amenities, friendly support, cleanliness and open/positive design are all 5 star. Flexible plans to suit any need, from individual to corporate, ample parking options (which is NOT just a minor win based upon other providers I researched where its a royal pain to park) - and all on month to month contracts.But the key thats so hard to make work is the vibe, people and community. The founders have, and continue to focus on, the environment that has been created. The place is full of great people who have the right blend between actually getting their business done and providing a friendly and supportive ecosystem, learning about and interacting with other businesses in the building.Ive been in other more well known environments - and its hands down the best blend Ive seen.

BizHaus is great! The staff was always friendly and helpful, amenities were perfect. I had a dedicated desk and liked the people I sat next to. The member mixers were always fun. I visited a few co-work spaces before choosing BizHaus. The value at BizHaus really cant be beat and the buildings ample natural light made a big difference. There is even an open green space across the street for good fresh air breaks!

🐐 of co-working spaces!!!Some co-working spaces are just spots for you to work, this is a co-working that goes out of their way to make you feel prioritized, happy and satisfied. If I had to give my money to a co-working place, I’d spend it at a place that prioritizes their customers.Joe the owner even shows up and makes it a point to introduce himself and check-in. You’d never find that at WeWork, not that’d I ever want Adam Neumann to come talk to me lol.

I had a great time working out of BizHaus Co-working & Private Offices place! It felt more like being part of professional community than just a place for desk. Joe, Keith, Ariana are truly accommodating and helpful to us all professionals around here! Place is kept really clean and in the past they have hosted community events and group lunches around major holidays. I also remember my welcome luncheon with other new members of the month so that we could all get to know each other in spite of being busy and feel part of the community!

I love this place! It is great for the entrepreneur, small business or a remote (extended) team. Great A/C, cold. Coffee ready and everybodys with a smile on their face. BizHaus has seriously changed my work happiness. I checked out at least a handful of other co working spaces and this one set the new standard.Its so amazing to be able to come to a place where everyone is constantly doing awesome an inspiring work. There are plenty of people to ask for advice or for Yelp reviews or to user test your product.You can hold even events to bring in more business, such as their regular lunch and learns or after work gatherings. To top it off, BizHaus always has an event that provides food and drinks for the members.If youre looking for a place that will inspire you to succeed, BizHaus is the spot for you.

Really love working here. The space itself is super cool and well-designed. The staff are all wonderful and seem to take great pride and a sense of equity in their work. Theres a real sense of community, people are friendly, engaging, and the companies that have office space here are working on a diverse and dynamic set of problems to be solved. Its energizing and lots of fun. Has all the bells and whistles youd want from a co-working space, from coffee to printing to conference rooms to private call rooms, etc. But what separates BizHaus, in my mind, is that it doesnt feel like a corporate behemoth; the founders are highly engaged, present, always accessible, rolling up their sleeves, and in it to support the people and companies that call BizHaus home. Sprinkle on the inter-office fantasy sports leagues, social events, the community scooter (yes... like a BIRD SCOOTER) and youve really got something special. To boot, Joe and Ariana are a delight to be greeted by every morning. Highly recommend!

Great location near a ton of food options with tons of flexibility. Private offices as well as an open floor plan for community desk options too. I use their conference rooms when clients come in from out of town or I need to host a bigger meeting. The staff knows everyones name and they do a great job of creating community with all of the companies sharing the location.

The best co-working space out there! We ran our business out of BizHaus for over 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. It is perfect if you are trying to escape your new work-from-home situation, have a small team, or for solo entrepreneurs. For our small team, it felt like we had a big office with all the corporate perks and community building activities. This is a totally different experience than WeWork or other corporate co-working spaces. If you are considering joining, you wont be disappointed.

I rented a dedicated desk at Bizhaus for two years and cant recommend it enough. The space is very modern and populated with some really interesting people. The staff are very friendly and are always available to help. The owners are present regularly and are very receptive to feedback.There are a variety of options available from communal work space, to dedicated desks or offices. The energy is very positive, and I found that the other people working there were easy to talk to and clearly very motivated. I wouldnt hesitate to go back if I have the chance.

Our company has been with Bizhaus for 2+ years and I cannot say enough about the community they have built. Lots of added value (read: fun) with happy hours, holiday events, fridge beer and snacks, treats and lunches.I researched all of the South Bay co-working spaces and for many reasons, outside of cost (even though theyre extremely competitive), think they are the go to co-working space.Joe and Keith are incredibly supportive and flexible -- weve made multiple office size shifts during our time there and theyve always been able to accommodate our growing and shifting team.

I love this co-working space. There is a great professional atmosphere, it’s a nice clean office with a hip yet understated vibe, there’s plenty of space to work in, and they have everything you need to get focused and get a lot done. The customer service is also exceptional.I’m a writer and small business owner, and for a long time, tried to work out of my home office. I came here and my productivity soared. I was looking for shared workspace last year when I came across Bizhaus. Initially I rented a desk at the Marina del Rey location and later transferred to El Segundo. This place rocks. First of all its beautiful. The design is modern, hip, and very welcoming. My favorite part though are the people running the place. Joe is such a nice guy! Hes always available to answer questions and does his best to accommodate. He has done so much for us its going to be really hard leaving one day into our private space. Conference rooms are easy to block off and there is plenty of space to work and at the same time meet other professionals. They coordinate events very often which is a great way to socialize. Overall, awesome culture, good people, and a great place to spend work hours. Highly recommended.

I was new to coworking spaces but I worked in tech prior so I was always very worried that these types of spaces for very bro-y but I was SO wrong about this. Bizhaus is SO WELCOMING, the people are so real, and the vibe is so relaxed.I have been working from Biz Haus El Segundo for almost a year and I am just so happy I made this decision. Ariana is so sweet, funny, and just so chill. I adore her. And Joe is the kindest person on the planet.Bizhaus is also extremely convenient - there is ALWAYS parking available, coffee, tea, cold and hot water, generous snacks and even full out parties at least quarterly (probably more). And free beer. Oh, and there is a working printer all the time!I cant say enough about this place! Im so happy here!

We stayed for half a year with dedicated desks and left because of location issues as our team expanded. We did an extensive search of sites before we landed on Bizhaus. It was clean, affordable, and friendly but not too instrusive an atmosphere. During our stay, staff (esp Chris) and owners (Joe and Keith) were professional but also hands on and responsive to all our questions/needs. Great work sharing site all around. Well also miss the coffee and hot drinks.

We have been members of Bizhaus El Segundo for over 2 years and it is one of the best business decisions I have made! We had our own office for 30 years and hassling with the internet, cleaning staff, water, electric, supplies was always a time-waster! Keith and Joe, the owners, provided a great solution! They ensure everything is handled on a high level of efficiency and are easy to reach if we need them personally! I no longer worry about internet issues, utilities, housekeeping, stocking the kitchen, cleaning the coffee pot - none of that! The Front Office greets our visitors with professionalism, letting us know when visitors arrive. The kitchen is always well-stocked with coffees, teas and other beverages. The co-workers are professional in the open areas so the noice is at a minimum. We have a glassed-in office with an abundance of internet and power ports and it is cleaned nightly. If we need assistance setting up new equipment, staff are happy to help. Thirsty Thursdays, Seasonal lunches (and major sporting events :) bring everyone together for drinks and snacks so you can network and weve found great business resources in our building - like our phone carrier and some new clients! If we need conference room or other extra workspace, it is easy to book online. As a business owner, being a BizHaus member has saved me time and money allowing me to focus on our company growth and clients. They are always looking to open other locations (maybe Woodland Hills for our 2nd office??) so if you want one near you - let them know you are interested. I highly recommend the Bizhaus company for any small company who wants to focus their time and expenses on growing their business! The other shared workspaces dont come close to what the Bizhaus team provides in member service! Thank you Keith & Joe!!

Joe and Keith are hands down the best! They have really transformed a co-working space into a thriving community! Planning community events (i.e halloween parties, happy hours, trivia, BBQs) to engage all members. They are both super responsive and always just put a smile on your face. The community and members they have built and brought in, only adds to the experience. I found Bizhaus El Segundo when I needed to ramp up my team by 5 people for three months. I found a new home. It is so simple to get space and get to work. The vibe and culture is so positive and professional casual it inspires me to get good work done. I volunteer with the local AYSO (Kids soccer) and Bizhaus welcomed them in also. It is the coach clubhouse when we need meeting space. El Segundo has many office space spots, but this is the best and most unique.

We have been at Bizhaus for the last four months. As an Independant Contractor or Small Business you could not not find a better home. The most important part is they are very affordable and can work with almost any budget. I think thats most important for any start-up or small business. However its the environment that is so awesome. It truly has the best energy for a work place. That needs to be accredited to all the employees, managers and the owners. They have done an amazing job.They allow for month to month terms so you dont have to be worried about being stuck in a contract. I suggest you try it, youll like it. We love it.Red Rock Secured
