My son got acting lessons at 3-2-1 as a birthday present 6 months ago. At the time I was skeptical about it, but the place is close enough so I thought I could give it a try. When we went in for his first class I talked a lot to all the waiting parents and they were all very happy with the services provided. I liked that, but I was still not convinced that my son would gain anything from those lessons. But then he came out with a big smile on his face and said that he loved it and can not wait to go back. Flash forward 6 months, hes still taking lessons at 3-2-1 with interest and enthusiasm. He enjoys both TV1s instructors (especially fun and energetic Natasha) and Improvisation (learned a lot from Will, just started with B.J). As for me, Miss Mae completely won me over. She expertly and patiently answered all my questions ( I had a lot :)), graciously guided us through our acting adventure, and made time for us when we needed it - in short, she is an expert in her field that also actively demonstrates that she cares ! I can only add that her support staff is amazing - Jodi a real computer wizzard and Alehandra always there for you.

Disappointing experience. The dealership invited me to share a review, so here goes--Im going to be frank.No problem with salesman but support staff is incompetent.Wrong odometer reading on trade-in (more paperwork after the fact);Was asked to sign a brand new contract about one month after purchase, they said, due to computer problem at their end;Overcharged for registration at time of purchase;Took forever to get refund, not to mention the phone calls;Floor mgr said he would return my call but hasnt;And, they actually divulged the previous owners [of my new used vehicle] name, address, & phone number to me. Hows that for privacy?Not sure about the integrity of their so-called certified vehicles because my brakes were at about half but it passed their inspection. I hope I dont have any other surprises, things barely squeaking through so they can sell.Theyre all very nice though, to your face, and I was genuinely taken in, but as soon as the ink has dried on the contract you begin to see the problems. And naturally, they pushed to sell me after-market products and services at greatly inflated prices. Buyer beware. Sloppy work.
