I would like to take time to acknowledge Mrs.Samantha De Hart. First off she has such a sweet spirit. Every time I get on the phone with her I feel like weve known each other for years. Shes so caring and determined to get the job done! She works with you to the highest extent where you feel all concerns or questions are answered. Shes very professional and makes you laugh at the same time. I honestly havent experienced anything like Samantha. The care that she has for her customers is truly unreal. Hello my name is Gina. I wanted to share that Samantha is very well educated on everything State Farm has to offer. There has not been one question that she hasn’t been able to answer. I truly thank God for the type of customer service she demonstrates here in California. It’s challenging to find someone that cares about the customers needs. She’s always so calm and understanding, she helps you feel confident and comfortable in the decision that you make. She is literally the type of person that makes your heart smile and I appreciate that. She remembers exactly who you are each time, she makes you feel like your needs actually do matter and she’s just an overall blessing. Hello, I would like to share my opinion about Sima she’s one of the agents in La Cañada and I just want to say that she is amazing and wonderful. I have never seen it Agent who works day and night including weekends to make sure all of her clients are happy and satisfied. I would also want to mention that every single time that I would text her ask a random question she’s always there to help me and guide me through. If anybody’s interested to buy a new policy, I would highly recommend contacting her . She is great at what she does.
