Another great experience with Sams Computer Service! Ive been working on a new build of my PC, and they were an amazing help.NOTE: The dark picture is the final product, and the other photo was just something I took mid build. I was so excited!Long story short, I had attempted to upgrade my RAM a few months back (pretty sure that review is still here somewhere). My motherboard was incompatible, and they let me know right away. Fast forward a few months after they helped me with that mess of a situation, and here I was!I had purchased a new motherboard, new CPU, a Liquid Cooling fan for my new CPU, as well as a new Power Supply. I brought it all in, fresh out the box, and they put everything together for me, within a day!There was a brief problem, due to my previous CPU being an Intel, and my new CPU being an AMD (one of my SSDs could not be read by the motherboard). But they fixed that problem as well, and reinstalled Windows 10 for me!Really amazing experience, and I cant say enough good things about them as a business and as computer gurus!

Best computer service I’ve ever had. Solved a problem that would have taken me days to figure out. And did a free in home visit to fix it. Highly recommended!

I took my computer in because I thought the charging port was bad, it turned out to only be the charger. Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly, Im sure most other places would have charged me to replace the charging port, but he was honest and didnt even charge me for the diagnosis. Sam is a very personable guy, and I would trust him with any computer repair needs in the future. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend, had some power supply issues and originally diagnosed a power supply repair then called me later to say some connections were just loose. Honest and fair pricing thanks Sam!

My dad recommended me to this place and I took my laptop to them for a battery replacement about 7 months ago. I did not have any issues with it until the battery got disconnected most likely because it wasnt connected sturdy enough. Unfortunately I was out of the country and by the time I got back for some reason the battery had gotten swollen. There were no signs of swelling prior to my flight; it just was not working without it being plugged in. I took the laptop back a day after I arrived. He ordered and replaced the battery, and gave me a discount for the connectivity issue I had faced prior to the swelling. Super nice and helpful gentleman. 10/10 recommend and will be back in case of any further issues.

I dropped off my laptop there and got fixed in a timely manner. Sam did an awesome job. Now my laptop is running faster than ever! Highly recommend Sam’s Computer Service! The price he charged me was amazing, thank you!

I dropped my laptop computer and power did not work. Power connector seems damaged. computer did not turn on after used up all the battery power. I took my laptop to Sams Computer service. Sam was there and checked and fixed it right away. He corrected power jack position and now the computer was turned on and charging. He fixed on the spot. More great thing is that he did not charge me at all. He was totally honest and fix the problem very fast. I loved his service.

I do everything on my computer so when it wouldnt turn on, I got nervous. I got quotes from a few places for power supplies and they all quoted much higher than Sams. The service was very professional. I used to build computers so I can definitely tell when someones being shady. These guys have zero shadiness and dont try to upsell you on useless junk. I was 80% sure it was the power supply but wanted to make sure and didnt have time to order one or drive to Frys or another place hoping it was the power supply. These guys literally did their jobs like professional engineers that logically isolated the problem/problems, fixed it and then charged less than most other computer repairmen I know. I dont usually write reviews on Google but I just had to given the very positive service here. I highly recommend it.

Great service! If you need to replace your screen, go to Sam. The turn around time was amazing and the service was excellent. Sam was able to replace my daughters Macbook Pro screen in a day. The price was very reasonable. Thank you, Sam!

I needed some work done on my desktop as it was working very slow. They hooked up my computer and ran a diagnostic for free. They found my Hard drive was bad and recommended I upgrade to an SSD (solid state drive) which I agreed. They wanted to sell me a few options, SSD, hybrid hard drive and or a standard old style hard drive. They only gave me two options for SSD, one was a 256GB for around $60 and the other was a 500GB for $160. I ended up finding a 500GB SSD online for $94 that was the same brand but not the pro version Sams was offering. I had them install the new SSD and a new sound card as mine had stopped working. Turn around time was one day due to the fact they couldnt clone my hard drive and had to reinstall windows and download some programs. They did great work and I would recommend them if you need computer repairs. Do you research before you go so you arent buying or paying for things you A, dont need or B, can save money on by buying them yourself.
