I was reffered by my sister! I took my apple imac A1418 21.5 inch newer kind to HB computers. I wanted them to replace my hard drive with solid state drive. HB computers are the best! I was wandering around everywhere diffrent computer shops trying to find the perfect people and perfect deal and i just couldnt.HB computers are the best because there customer service is phenomonal there prices are negoitable and there work is just amazing! I suggest to anyone who want to get there thin imac hdd replaced go to HB COMPUTERS IN HUNTINGTON BEACH!!! Amir was absolutley fantastic and such a respectful guy! He taught me alot that i didnt know and also talked to me like im his friend. As an update to my previous review I decided to upgrade my computer recently. Tom and Annette did a great job making my new computer look exactly like the old one. All of the data and software packages, and email were transferred without a glitche and I was able to plug in the cords and have everything running in 5 minutes. As a repeat customer, I continue to highly recommend using them!Wow! Tom and Annette are the best. I need my computer to run well as Im self-employed and rely on it the entire day. I woke up this morning to a really slow internet that made it basically inoperable. After consulting with Tom in the morning, he recommended their priority service, whereby if I brought it in immediately, he would work on it for a slightly higher price. I brought it in this afternoon and have it back and running better than ever at 4:00 pm. Tom and Annette are very professional; they asked a lot of questions about what the problems were and what we were trying to achieve. Tom called me a couple times at home to explain what he was doing. He cleaned-up Google Chrome extensions, replaced my ad blocker, and did a variety of other things that massively increased the speed (even better than before my problem). I cant say enought about my positive experience at Coast Computer; professional and pleasant service, exceeding my expectations, and very fast turnaround time. They are now my go to computer repair stop in Huntington Beach.

HB Computers, well, what can I say, I am speechless, one of the best stores I have visited in used computers, I was looking for a computer that would help me for my work at a good price and that would last me a long time, and well, Jesus told me about this store, and yes. I recommend it, Jesus, who works there, gave me good service and also taught me how to use it. Thank you, Jesus and his team, who have this store to help their community.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are very unprofessional. I posted on YELP (below) after giving up on them honoring their mistakes. Only to be called DISHONEST. Im furious that a business has the audacity to call their customer a liar.Not happy after multiple visits to repair my laptop. Initial issue was the laptop would not hold a charge anymore or even turn on. Come to find out the original charger fried the motherboard on the computer. So it was going to be an expensive repair. Oh well, I figured it would be an easy fix for OC Macbook Repair. Apparently it was not. I eventually picked the computer up from the store without any issues when it was shown to me in the store. Computer turned on and held a charge. I was happy, came home and put it in the closet as this was a backup computer for work. About a month later I tried using the machine to no avail. Would not turn on and would not hold a charge. Same issue I originally submitted it for. I returned it to the repair shop where they seemed puzzled and questioned why I had not used it since I picked it up. Like I said its a backup computer.They proceeded to replace the charging port (at no charge) on the computer which was fried from the original incident. They showed me again when I picked it up that it was working in proper order and again I took it home and it was stored in the closet til it was needed a month later. SAME ISSUE!!! Computer will not charge. You can imagine my frustration after spending $300+ on a repair for a $400 computer and it not working STILL. I brought it in for the 3rd time now, this time the store owner looked frustrated with me as if Im causing the issues for entertainment. I told him Im using a brand new Apple 60W charger. The correct charger for the 13in model macbook pro I was trying to get serviced. He then shows me with another charger that it works just fine and that I must use a higher watt charger that is designated for the 15in macbook pro now if I want the computer to run properly. This was when I realized they made the mistake and wont admit to it or repair it to my satisfaction. Instead I was told to return my brand new charger and get another one. I went to Apple and they confirmed that whatever repair was done on my laptop was not done properly. My computer is rated for a 60 watt charger and should not have any issues with a new charger. So I could not return the charger.I then return to OC Macbook Repair for one last time to explain to him. Not 1 but 4 different 60w chargers do not work for my repaired laptop (confirmed at Apple Store). I was told again that I still need a different charger. Well its clear that whatever cheap band-aid repair made on my computer was not done by a professional. YOU PUT THE WRONG CHARGING PORT ON MY COMPUTER and have the attitude to tell me to buy another charger.

Today I took in my laptop because my mouse pad had stopped working. I had just went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy because I had purchased a warranty. Today I was told it did not include technical support. Best Buy gave me a quick assessment that a virus had seized my computer and I would need to purchase a tech plan for a minimum of $199.00. Also, my computer would need to be there for 7 to 10 days. I promptly said no thank you and headed over to Adams Electronics.I brought my laptop in at 4:45 PM and by 5:30 PM, Devin called and had fixed the issue (it was not a virus). Since this is my work computer and financial lifeline, I was beyond thrilled.I have used Adams Electronics in the past and always have the best service from the entire team!!! Thank you Devin!!!!
