I had an exceptional experience with the IT support team. Upon submitting my ticket, a technician responded promptly and attentively. He not only resolved my issue efficiently, but also took the time to explain each step he was taking, ensuring I understood the process. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, leaving me feeling confident and satisfied with the resolution. Overall, his professionalism and expertise made for a seamless and pleasant support encounter. Highly recommended.

Its awesome to know that for as good as I am at causing computer/system issues, Alpha & Omega are BETTER at correcting them! My problem was addressed immediately and handled literally while I was on the phone with them. With a follow up later to make sure I was happy with the result. Great staff and great customer service. I have, and will continue, to recommend them to others.

Every single time I need help it takes over a week to get it fixed! The agent will say it is escalated and then you have to follow up over and over for it to be fixed. Not acceptable.... Find another IT services company.

I work a very fast paced sales job and Alpha Omega has always gotten issues that arise quickly resolved for me. The most recent one a few weeks ago Andrea took my call and got me in right in on demand and worked with me for over 45 minutes to and resolved my computer issue. Alpha & Omega is our contract IT support. I called them to resolve an issue with my company laptop. One of their techs, Drea, took my call and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. I was very impressed with her tenacity as well as her technical expertise.

I had some recurring issues connecting to public WiFi on my work laptop and was struggling to find a solution. Despite being on the road with no internet access, Nick H helped me over the phone to find a quick solution and got me back online in no time at all. He even gave me some helpful instructions to resolve the issue if it ever happened again so that I have multiple options to get back to work quickly. His flexibility and helpful attitude really made it clear that he genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate the help, Nick!

Quick reply and response! Brandon was a great help on removing a nuisance window pop up from the computer maker. At first he did the initial operation but when it did not go away I was able to call and A&O responded immediately and the pop up is gone! Thank you
