I was visiting Grover beach and needed some tire liners. Figured I would stop in and see if they had any. They did not, said there supplier had been out of stock for weeks (with the increase demand during covid) but went to the computer to show me what the best ones were so I could get them elsewhere.I could not have asked for better customer service then that. Very nice. Plus very safe with covid, limited amount of people allowed in at one time.

I cannot thank and appreciate Noel and the employees at Auto Zone enough. My cars engine light went on and the car was difficult to drive. They gave us a device to plug into the car so they could place it in their computer to diagnose the problem. They determined that something was wrong with the battery and Noel determined that it was just a loose screw or nut and went out of his way to tighten it. I was so impressed and thankful. They saved me lots of time, money and stress. Thank you Noel and fellow co-workers. They also helped me choose a product to clean my headlights. Friendly people who care about their job and are good at it! Excellent customer service!!!
