Christian was our budtender today, she was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and the cutest thing ever. Mike and Anthony were on the floor as well and they were extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get the persons name who checked us in but she was a delight too! Can’t wait to go back ✨

My first experience at the Catalyst dispensary in Grover Beach was less than pleasing. The inside looks hollow and in the middle of the store it looks like a dance floor. The walls is where the actual product is located and you see it but you can’t touch it due to a blue ribbon that blocks you from grabbing your own product and looking at it. When I asked for a price he had to go back to the register and grab a key to unlock the product that is actually locked on the rack. If you can’t trust me to look at the product like an adult then I can’t trust you with my money like an adult. I will continue to spend my hard earned money at Megan’s dispensary where I feel like they respect and trust me much more. I don’t see myself returning to give the Catalyst my money.

Stoked on the place. Went in about a week ago and was recommended some maven farms FKFL formerly known as French laundry by Eddie (long hair with glasses I hope I’m remember your name correctly)I’m always a little apprehensive on taking recommendations from bud tenders in the area because I feel like most places just try to push what ever is about to be too old to sell. But not Eddie he knows what’s good and will set you up with the best,freshest, prettiest and best smoking flower. Catalyst is definitely my new go to spot

If you love, weed like me, you need to go here. The price point and selection is always better than the other two dispensaries in town. The best thing about it is that all taxes are included in their price so what you see on the Internet or on the price tag is what it is when you check out, so even if those places are cheaper, they are more expensive at time of check out,and the crew is very knowledgeable about their products and very Friendly

These guys are very welcoming from the very first second you meet the guy at the outside door. They welcomed me in and I can immediately see their communication was very good they have a nice secure facility with triple door entry. The folks at the counter or extremely nice and greeted me warmly. I told him that I was from out of town and where in coincidentally one of the guys had a family member that was from the same town so that was pretty neat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me select exactly what I wanted in my price range with the quality I was looking for. They asked me if I wanted to join club of theirs so I could earn points for free stuff and I thought that was a good idea had no cost to me so I did that. Great establishment guys!

This place has gone down since it opened. It feels like they gave up - no more nice displays, all the product is a mess, stacked behind the counter. They are out of most things I go in for. They used to have a an app pay option called Hypur - they gave up on that too. Employees seem uninformed. I have a much better customer experience at both NHS and Urban Leaf.

Love that you can learn more about the products they carry at your own pace. Sales associates are standing by to help with any questions, which I had a few. Super knowledgeable. Picked up a wide range of products and loved them all. Luckily, there during one of their promotions where I got a free Lowell ashtray with a purchase of Lowell pre-roll. Extra bonus! Awesome place. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly. Process to become a member was fast and simple. Prices are great as well for what you are getting. Definitely going back.

Theyre good. Products are okay. Black market still had better. My advice dont call 1 minute or you will get denied. No care on loyalty. I work hard and late if youre a worker this may not work for you.

On my first visit to 805 Beach Breaks with my son & his girlfriend, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store & the customer service was five star.....”How can we make you our customer happy “? Kind of feeling & atmosphere! On my second visit I experienced the same but had a little issue with my vape battery which prompted me to go back the next day. Christina, the General Manager met me at the front door & my issue was resolved before I even got into the store to the counter. Christina also gave me a nice gift for my troubles! Everyone was nice and welcoming. Super helpful and the high-tech system was awesome. Being able to scan anything and see the price, thc content, and uses was great. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy to out of towners, but we had a great experience.

There today around 3:30, 6-8 people waiting outside. The door then unlocked and as we went in we were all being yelled at to GET OUT GET OUT NOW! I asked are you closed, he again yelled back GET OUT.I told several customers in the lot they were closed and told them the other despencery around the corner was open.Is this good customer service?

This is specifically the delivery system… I have been purchasing from here since they and NHC opened. I have had at least 5 delivery orders either disappear from their system (only to be told my order that I usually wait 3+ hours for can be brought to me “tomorrow morning”)… The website and delivery system often has problems and there is zero standard for how long one has to wait, not only to get your product, but how long it will take them to even SEE your order and process it.The staff is always kind and helpful, but it can be difficult to get answers from staff on what happened to said orders. I’m also confused why it takes so long delivery when I live in town??
