I made an appointment in the morning. Went to deliver the bike an hour before they open because I had to go to work and they didnt want to take my bike to work on it. They were there. I didnt see a problem leaving it. They just wouldnt take it, saying that they dont open until an hour and they have nobody to watch it. Kind of ironic for the fact that the mechanic is in the back working and theyre there at the store. chumps

Worked in and been too a lot of bike shops over the years, and this is one of the best. All the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they love what they do. The pricing is fair and their expertise is outstanding. If you want to buy a new bike, an accessory or get your bike serviced, you cannot go wrong here.

Great people. Technically competent and able to improvise mechanical issues and repairs. Highly recommend. Had one day to ride when my derailed broke the mechanic made my bike a priority and allowed me to get in a day of epic riding by accessing the problem and improving a long lasting fix.

I tried to get an appointment for a fix/ adjustment to my front brake calipers, was offered an appointment in 3 1/2 weeks. So went instead to the Village Bike Shop in AG, the minor repair was done in under 10 minutes while I waited. I am sure Trinity is a good business, but their service appointments need work.

The team at Trinity have been great to do all my bike related business with for the past 5+ years. Purchased my mtn bike and wifes e-bike from them over the years and have been very happy with my purchases and their support. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great on the turnaround for repairs when using their reservation system. Even helped me out when I got into a pinch several times.

I called Trinity Cyclery to make an appointment for a couple issues I was having with my Electra Cafe Moto. They told me to bring it right in, they would assess the issues and we would go from there. They kept me informed of the repair issues, told me most would be covered under warranty and as soon as the parts arrived, they would get right on it. I had my repaired bike back in about a week and a half. Very pleasant staff and a good supply of accessories to choose from, very easy to work with.

I love this place! They provide great service and go above and beyond. An old fashioned neighborhood store that you can rarely find anymore. I have a road bike and a very old hybrid bike, both of which I take to them for repairs. I also have inline skates that keep causing me issues and they have been kind enough to help me with the skates even though that is not what a bike shop does. Most places would just tell me to go somewhere else but they work on fixing the problem. Great place, great people!

Trinity Cyclery is second to none for all things related to a bicycle. Their store is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They offer top-of-the-line products from chain lube to complete bikes. I just bought myself my first bike in 23 years and I couldnt be happier with the customer service, knowledge and overall experience shopping at Trinity Cyclery. I did a ton of research online and found the bike I wanted and put out a request on Yelp to local bike shops. The owner of Trinity responded in minutes and happened to be the only place that had the bike I wanted to look at. Within one day they had it assembled and ready for me. I drove down and spent a solid hour in the shop with Max and he helped size me for the right bike and talked me through all my options. He was patient, kind and very cheerful! (That is a relief in these Covid days!)I ended up getting the bike I went in there for and couldnt be happier. They even had an awesome selection of helmets and accessories at great prices!Big Shout Out to Trinity! They are local and care about their patrons.

Recently had and older mountain bike tuned up, new brake levers and shifters installed with a really annoying creak identified and fixed for an honest price and friendly service. They made the bike like new again and its pure joy to ride to work. This is my new bike shop moving forward.

This is a fantastic shop with great staff and service. I mainly worked with Mitch exchanging numerous emails and he was patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I wanted to trade in a street bike for one more suited to dirt and gravel. Mitch helped me in all aspects of the deal. They set up a trade in value for my old bike and then gave me a great price on a new 2019 Marlin 7. The shop was able to transfer my rack, bottle cages, mirror, lights and computer from my old bike to the new one. Mitch even took the time to reset the computer for the larger wheels and went over how everything works. From beginning to end, this was an awesome experience and I got the bike of my dreams for an excellent price. I highly recommend this wonderful shop!

This shop is the kind of bike shop you can be loyal to and stick with for years or a lifetime. They provide excellent bike maintenance and the expertise to navigate your evolving needs as a cyclist. Theyve been servicing my road bikes and my mothers commuter/town bikes for years. The prices are reasonable and the level of service and professionalism is remarkable. I recently shopped for an ebike for my mom who is getting older and cant get up the hills anymore. One of the employees, Alex, spent around an hour going through all the details and helping us narrow down our search. (which ended with us not buying a bike from them! but they still worked with us to have it shipped and assembled by them at a great price). Another way of saying all this: the service you get at Trinity makes you want to go online and write a great review for them.

Did a quick tune up of my new electric bike. I had assembled it myself out of the box. It ran ok, but was much improved by taking it to Trinity where they fine tuned the derailleur and adjusted the bearings and the front brake, as well as put on a mirror and a water bottle holder. And sold me a perfect helmet. First class service.

Amazing bike shop. I took my bike for a tune-up, and they fixed things I forgot to ask them to fix. It felt like I was riding a brand new bike on my way home. And at my previous appointment they fixed it on the spot with me because I needed it for commuting. Absolutely worth the few weeks you usually have to wait to get an appointment.

We test rode two Electric Bike Company ebikes and instantly fell in love with them. I found Trinity cyclery to be very disappointing! Theyre condescending elitist attitude started at the door and only got worse from there! When my wife and I asked for general information on several products they didnt seem to want to give us the time of day. I have to say I have never felt more unwelcome in a local business in my life! However when I went to The village bike shop they were more than happy to accommodate my every need! I will gladly Pay more money if need be to shop Anywhere besides Trinity cyclery! Apparently if you dont have skinny jeans and a man bun youre not their type of customer!

Came into their shop on a busy Saturday to discuss the option of buying a bike. Had a lot of questions which the shop keeper was more than happy to answer. It was clear to him it was unlikely to buy a bike from him, but he was kind enough to take time out for me. Early this year (2018) I was on the market for a new 29 er MTB bike, I had been shopping for months checking out other bikes throughout SLO. I was interested in another bike brand but after meeting with Luke and the guys at Trinity I was sold on the excellent customer service that I decided on purchasing a Fuel EX 9.7. Cycling is all about experience and that translates from the trail to the shop. You can buy a good bike anywhere but you cant buy great customer service, these guys treat you like family and they are very knowledgeable. Give them a look and join in on a Wednesday ride!

We have a special needs tavern tricycle for my daughter with cerebral palsy. The bike is a pain to work on, but they got it running in better than new condition.

I was in the middle of a double century (200 mile) race when my derailleur cable broke. I rode to the nearest town in search of a bike shop and found Trinity Cyclery. Despite dropping by in the middle of a busy Saturday, they immediately worked on my bike. I cant thank them enough. Despite loosing a lot of time I finished 12th (10 hours and 3 minutes). While they were working on my bike I observed how helpful they were with other customers. Definitely five star service.
