All around bad experience. Poor communication. Really over priced services. After paying $345 for a fan service that didnt fix my issue, I didnt trust bringing it back to them. I took it to another repair shop and had the fan service redone since I didnt trust OC Computers repairs, had the cooler fluid replaced, and air cooler replaced for $200 labor + $60 for the air cooler. This was all done in 3 days while OC Computers had my computer from July 1st - July 29th. Shame on me for not reading their reviews more closely.

Max has been doing my IT work for 6 years now and even as his business has grown he still is very responsive in making sure his clients receive timely service. Everyone knows time is money and he values my time. When there is an issue with the computer that means I am not able to bill my time. I have called for service and he has even responded while on a flight for vacation. His services extend beyond just computer problems, including anti-virus, daily backup, helping with restoring backups when something has gone wrong. Training with remote login, he makes it so convenient. I recommend him all the time to my clients and friends and am sure you will too!

Appalling service, destroyed my property and took 6 months to process claimI recently had the misfortune of filing a claim with Asurion Home Plus, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they take an unconscionably long time to process my claim - a full six months - but they also destroyed my $5000 computer without my consent.Throughout the process, I was treated with nothing but disrespect and neglect. It was clear that the company was more concerned with protecting its profits than with fulfilling its obligation to me as a policyholder. It is simply unacceptable that a company of this size and reputation would treat its customers in such a callous and unprofessional manner.I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with [Insurance Company] to steer clear. They do not care about their customers, and they will not hesitate to destroy your property and leave you high and dry when you need them most. If you do choose to do business with them, be prepared for a long and frustrating experience that will likely end in disappointment.In summary, I would not recommend Asurion Home Plus to anyone. Their service is appalling, and their treatment of customers is nothing short of disgraceful. My mom bought a mac book pro for my sister from there and it wouldn’t turn on. we then had to go back and replace the mac book for the second time and that was also broken. so we had to go to another apple store to get it replaced and they explained the problem. they should check the devices if they work because it’s very rare to have something wrong with the computer system there twice. the service should also be better. i personally wouldn’t want to come back there because of the issues.
