They will definitely take advantage of clueless clients. I got charged $160 for them to swap out one cable that I gave them. The guy says that he charges for labor but I doubt plugging in one cable takes more than 2 minutes. Now apparently, the owner seems to be lying and claiming that I didnt assemble my own computer and that they did all the work for me! He thinks that he did me a favor by installing windows for me; when all I asked for was him to turn on the motherboard for me! Goodluck everyone.

Dan is extremely knowledgeable and professional guy with fair pricing. He helped me over the telephone fix my laptop just because he knew I was in a desperate situtation. He is the kind of people that breeds loyalty. Highly recommend him.
