Do not take your business here. He is never actually at his office. I have been trying to pick up my laptop for 2 months and he is gone each time. He initially quoted me $700 to replace a battery and screen and when I refused he immediately dropped the price to $300 and admitted I probably dont need the screen replaced. He is a scammer. Now that I have asked for the laptop back he cant find it. Take your business to someone honest.

I brought in my laptop after the hinges broke. I was dealt with very fast and kind after dropping off my laptop. I was given an estimate first for parts and repairs and got my laptop back at a reasonable price within 2 days. They also give you a 3 month warranty. I would recommend this place to a friend for any computer problems.

Sean was very friendly. He and the team went above and beyond to fix my laptop before I left for a trip, even meeting me on a Sunday. I had a few questions afterwards and he called me on FaceTime to make sure I that was handling them correctly. I would highly recommend!

I brought my computer in since it wouldnt even boot up. Sean was able to repair my computer, and I appreciated the polite communication regarding the repair. He was very kind even when I asked a dumb question (I forgot that my PC had a video card that required the monitor to be connected at a different port). I was very happy with his service and pricing. He responds promptly whenever we have needed his help, and his prices are fair and reasonable. He shows up and guarantees his work. We appreciate his good nature and great service.

All around bad experience. Poor communication. Really over priced services. After paying $345 for a fan service that didnt fix my issue, I didnt trust bringing it back to them. I took it to another repair shop and had the fan service redone since I didnt trust OC Computers repairs, had the cooler fluid replaced, and air cooler replaced for $200 labor + $60 for the air cooler. This was all done in 3 days while OC Computers had my computer from July 1st - July 29th. Shame on me for not reading their reviews more closely.

Had such a great experience with Sean. Had major issues with my PC and MacBook. He has great prices and he is very responsive. He was willing to lose money in order to make me happy with the products. Although he might have lost couple hundred bucks, he has won a customer for life. Definitely recommend him to anyone whos facing any issues with their computer

This man is a miracle worker. In short, I would recommend his service 100%.In length, I will start by saying I really wanted to build a computer myself. I bought all the parts, tried to put it together, and nothing happened. After many hours of frustration, I took all of the parts, half-assembled to OC Computers in the hopes I might be able to salvage the situation.He tested every part of mine to determine the cause of failure, and even found me a correct CPU (after finding I purchased the wrong one). He managed to repair my motherboard after my shifty install, and get everything up and running.I also want to mention that the case I brought to install all of my components in, is VERY small. He worked with less than ideal conditions to fit everything in perfectly with organization and cleanliness in mind.Fair prices and a very professional nature. I couldnt recommend more!!

Brought laptop here for battery change. Broke my hardware during diagnostic. Lied to me about breaking the computer. Set me back $200 and 7hrs of missed work to repair it. Did not trust him to touch my computer again. Seems to outsource everything. Not a professional experience.

Took my call on Christmas!Identified the problem with my motherboard, perfectly transferred everything over to the new one I brought them, and backed up and reinstalled everything right where it used to be. Even came by my work to get the new motherboard when I couldnt get down to their office nearby. And kept me up to date the whole time. Highly recommended, super nice people and good quality of work.

I first used OC Computers back in 2018, and this is the second time I have come to Sean and OC Computers for repair work.This time I needed Data Recovery from a laptop which was straightforward but also needed to repair the hardware on a desktop tower. Sean communicated everything in a clear way and got my items fixed right away. I recommend OC Computers to anyone in the area that needs quality computer help !

Sean helped me out when I spilled a sugary coffee drink all over my laptop. He managed to get it working again, and even cleaned out the keyboard as best he could, but had to order my keyboard from the manufacturer. Service was fast and easy, and he’s great. Thanks for helping me !! My laptop looks and works great now

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only was Sean rude, it took OVER A WEEK to give me a “diagnosis”. Sean would tell me that he would call me by the end of the day with the problem and cost to fix said problem about 3 times, but I never received a call from him. He didn’t even give me a definitive issue.First they said it was the cpu causing my issues, which I bought a new one to replace it, but they kept it for another 4 days then told me it was the motherboard.When I was finally annoyed enough to ask for my PC back, Sean has the audacity to ask me to wait 2 more days before he would bring it back from their “repair shop”.When I picked up the PC, he had it in the back of his car trunk and returned it to me with the cpu cooler just dangling around knocking into the internal components. Plus the big scratches on the side of my pc case causing me to need to replace the case too.He ended up proposing $300 to replace my old mobo for my new mobo. Twice the cost of it. RediculousThis place clearly shows complete disregard for the integrity of the customers products.I would recommend staying clear from OC Computers unless you want your computer to come back damaged on top of their rude customer service. Take your computer repairs anywhere else.

I work from home and my desktop is my lifeline to my company. When it crashed I had no idea what I was going to do. I found OC Computers and he made the time to meet with me that same morning at his office to provide an initial diagnostics and it did not look good. He continued to work on not only repairing my hard drive but retrieving all of the lost data that I had failed to back up to the cloud. By the end of the work week he had retrieved nearly all of my data and repaired the hard drive, making the desktop computer even better than it was before - like new. Without his assurances, patience and diligence to get me the files I needed I would have been set back for weeks. I highly recommend OC Computers, who also had the external hard drive I needed to avoid the loss ever again, setting me up for only success.

I brought in a laptop that wouldnt start, and he brought me back 4 times claiming it was fixed. Each time it had the same problem. I finally asked for a refund, and he said the repair was guaranteed so I had to bring it in AGAIN instead. I decided to eat the cost and get it repaired properly elsewhere.

He accused me of doing things to my laptop I didn’t do, I told him I only touched the heat sink and he thought I put too much paste on the cpuHe quoted me 285 for fan cleaning (which are fans that aren’t a year old) and cleaning, applying new paste, on a laptop that is very easy to service.I don’t know what kind of game he’s running here but charging me 1/7th of the full price of the laptop to do routine servicing is ridiculous and when he put my laptop back together, he lost a screw

I came in with a very serious issue with my gaming PC (razer blade) that I couldnt solve myself even with my own knowledge after building PCs. I brought my PC there and they gave me updates daily and tried their very best to fix the issue with my PC crashing. In the end, they werent able to find the issue or get it fixed but I really appreciate their dedication to the project and professionalism when we had to come to the conclusion about the problem and that I probably just need a new PC or send it into the manufacturer.

I took my computer to this place and they tried to tell me it would be around $485 to fix the screen, ir that I could buy a refurbished Mac from them. I wanted to get a second opinion so my friend opened up the back, tweaked one wire, and the entire computer is fixed. I do not trust them now. They tried to scam me for $485!
