I spilled a glass of water and some went into my computer and crashed it. Dan, at Computer Clinic, was my HERO. He restored my computer to full functioning. All my business is done through my computer. Needless to say, I was beside myself. Dan was beyond kind, COMPETENT, timely (I got my computer back the same day!) and explained everything he did. The hourly rate is extremely affordable. I would recommend their work without reservation. In fact, my best friend referred me to Computer Clinic. I didnt lose one piece of data. Dan even shared with me his advice on backing it up. Tremendous customer service and know-how. Im thrilled and relieved.

Is this fraud?I called this store at 1130am to confirm they had a Google Pixel 4 XL battery in stock. The person agreed to hold a battery for me. I drove 40 minutes to the store. Upon arrival, the employee spent 10 minutes inputting my information into the computer, with several trips to the back. Then, he informs me they dont have the battery in stock. No apologies, just asked me to leave. I asked to speak with the manager.After another 5 minutes, the manager comes out and says he was the person I spoke to on the phone. He blamed a mobile technician for taking the last battery. He did not take responsibility for the error.Seems to me like this is their business model: Say yes to anything to get them in the store.After my 40 minute drive home, I received an email from Google asking me to rate my experience with the warranty service from this store. I received no service, but it seems like somebody got paid.

Went in to fix my computer, was fully functional but just had a black screen after booting up and logging in. The worker didn’t help at all, he just did what I did previously and I tried to do everything, troubleshooting, going into logs, everything, and I had to pay $200 dollars just for a black screen to be fixed. Great service by geek squad! (sarcastic).
