Awesome service and communication! My computer battery wouldnt hold a charge so I thought I needed a new computer. Then I found Bren-Tec/ Computer Clinic. They were great. They ordered and replaced the battery in about 3 days. The communication was great! I didnt have to keep calling asking when it was ready. They called me 30 minutes within dropping it off, told me the problem, suggested the solution. Agreed. Called my to let me know the battery arrived, was replace and all done. So easy. Thank you!

What a great experience! I have Cox complete care and during the recent migration of COX email to Yahoo I was informed it would be seamless. It was not. I spent hours on on the phone on two different days trying to get my email folders back and only ended up with more problems. Went to Computer Clinic and spent an hour on one day getting my computer to re-recognize my old folders and emails and then another hour a few days later loading Outlook with my folders and email and NOW it is seamless. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Computer Clinic.

Brought in our computer due to the battery failing and making the keyboard wavy. They were able to get the part in and fixed for us in a timely manner. Its like a brand new computer! Will recommend to anyone who wants honest, reliable, and cost effective service for their computers.

We have a Synology NAS that would not power on. I called a number of computer repair shops, but none were familiar with these types of devices. When I called Computer Clinic they said that they were familiar with them and offered to have a look.They were able to identify the problem and fix it. Although I did not request rush service, they had it turned around within one day. They will have all my business from now on.

Competent, communicative and efficient small business with fair & realistic quotes. Hourly labor costs are on the highest end of the range at $99/hr but they will do jobs that your local big box store will refuse to handle or will contract out anyway for triple the wait time. Please be aware before walking in that this shop does not offer military, veteran or first responder discounts. As a PQR resident, if I am in a pinch again and dont have time to do the repair myself, I would send my machine in here in the future.

Highly recommend!My work computer had become super slow and all efforts on my part did not help. I was looking for quick turnaround computer diagnosis and also looking for help to upgrade my RAM. Shopping online and trying to figure out what RAM was compatable and how much was overwhelming. Computer Clinic was exactly what I needed! Not only did they fix the windows corruption that was causing my computer to slow down, they installed compatable RAM to my computer and all within a days turnaround. They called and discussed the work to be performed and called me with an update.I kick myself for not finding them sooner and working on a super slow computer that was fixable.

Outstanding service with fair prices. Had a new hard drive installed in my laptop. Turn around time was 24 hours. Done right and works great. Nice staff to deal with.

Cameron and Scotty at BrenTech diagnosed and fixed a very tricky problem that rendered my Windows 10 machine unable to boot. The problem started with me updating a driver that completely broke the RAID configuration of my boot drive, but there ended up being several issues with the machine, including an intermittent connection problem on a backplane that the hard drives plugged into. The guys kept digging until they found and fixed all the problems. Someone called me every day with a status update, which is unheard of these days. Outstanding customer service like that is hard to find anymore. They also billed me for way fewer hours than I think they spent on it. Cant recommend these people highly enough!

I spilled a glass of water and some went into my computer and crashed it. Dan, at Computer Clinic, was my HERO. He restored my computer to full functioning. All my business is done through my computer. Needless to say, I was beside myself. Dan was beyond kind, COMPETENT, timely (I got my computer back the same day!) and explained everything he did. The hourly rate is extremely affordable. I would recommend their work without reservation. In fact, my best friend referred me to Computer Clinic. I didnt lose one piece of data. Dan even shared with me his advice on backing it up. Tremendous customer service and know-how. Im thrilled and relieved.

I had an issue syncing contacts and calendar from iPhone to Google-based Outlook on my PC. Apple, Google and Microsoft dont make it easy to integrate their respective products/services. When I called Computer Clinic I spoke to Dan. He agreed to do a brief conf. call with my companys IT Mgr. then resolved the various issues, all in less than 50 minutes. Later that day I had a glitch with email, called Dan again and he fixed it immediately. I highly recommend Dan and his team at Computer Clinic!
