I bought my computer into a man at geek squad without a reservation, and although the computer inexplicably fixed itself, I took up probably 25 minutes of the mans time and he felt since he didnt do much that I didnt owe them anything. I had bought the computer at Best Buy, and through no fault of Best Buys, the performance has been lack luster, but they have helped and were very polite in helping fix the issue and in making informed opinions about better laptops etc.

2nd time having my washer fixed in the last two years. Under warranty so thats fine, but the customer service is lacking. 8-5 window on a Tuesday. This company no shows and we call at 515 and we get no apology or reason, or an excuse. The geek was a robot and just kept mentioning next available is Friday 8-5. We seriously thought it was a recording or automated. I know were in a pandemic and etc but seriously? 8-5 window no heads up,call or even email, just completely no showing. Could you imagine if I no showed a couple payments? Mind you the set is paid off in full but still. No human deceny or customer service. Ive been a best buy customer since I was able to apply for a credit card. This is just straight up terrible. Going on two weeks of no washer. Do better GS and BB.

Great customer service in store. Friendly faces and great with answering questions. The phone customer service is super backed up all the time so Im glad in store help is available. I like the geek squad insurance protection plan and always insure my phone through them.

Went in to fix my computer, was fully functional but just had a black screen after booting up and logging in. The worker didn’t help at all, he just did what I did previously and I tried to do everything, troubleshooting, going into logs, everything, and I had to pay $200 dollars just for a black screen to be fixed. Great service by geek squad! (sarcastic).

Worst customer service! Waste of time waste of money waste of energy. After 6 weeks waiting, returning my computer not fixed! Didn’t noticed that it’s not fixed until I picked it up. 90$ gone for nothing

The technician worked until he had everything perfect even though it took a very long time. He was very professional
