I usually dont give negative reviews, but as a public service I need to let everyone know that Dr. Liu must be the absolute worst doctor in any field, bar none.He saw my mother earlier this year. He was late by 2 hours. When he arrived in the room, he didnt say a word and sat down at the computer. No apology from him for being crazy late. She greeted him and he didnt respond or turn around. When he finally opened his mouth he said something offensive.While she was trying to explain her symptoms, he was incredibly rude. He didnt let her talk more than a few words at a time before interrupting. He berated her for not giving him the answer he wanted to hear.Look, everyone knows the first step in being a great doctor is to learn how to listen to patients. He never learned that in med school or elsewhere. I dont care how smart someone is at baseline. If they cant gather all the pieces of the puzzle together first, theyre not going to be effective. What a shame. If we could give 0 stars we would. This kind of attitude isnt only ineffective, but can actually kill someone if hes not getting the complete picture. If you care about yourself or loved ones then go to someone else even if hes the only neurologist in your insurance network.
