Dr. Tran has been my PCP for over a decade. She’s very professional and cares for her patients. Her office is always warm, clean, and inviting to sit in while waiting to be seen. Her staff are pleasant and there to help with questions or concerns. Overall, Dr. Tran and her staff create a positive and professional atmosphere while attending to her patients.

The office was clean and the staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time at this office and things ran very well. I have to go back soon, Ill post again later.I had an amazing doctor prior to this office and I was really worried that I would be disappointed but surprisingly, Dr. Tran was very impressive and thorough to say the least. I look forward to having her as my new primary care physician.My last visit was pleasant, the front desk is always very helpful and the Nurse Practionier was such a delightful person. Nice and clean facility. Staffs were sincere and efficient; I was send to the room within mins. Dr Tran was very patient and spend the whole hour discussing the treatment plan with me. My family are all her patients; highly recommend to everyone.

I have been seeing doctor Tran for past 10 years, at least once a year for annual health check up. I like that I can easily schedule an appointment to see doctor within a couple week’s request. Doctor is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. She has a check list/questionnaire for doc form that you can fill out while you are waiting to see doc. I find that helpful.

Excellent experience. Dr Tran takes a lot of time to go over and explain test results. She doesnt rush through the visit. Her office staff is super nice and helpful. I have been looking for a primary care doctor for awhile and plan on sticking with her.

Terrible experience with Dr. Tran and her staff. This place is shady, insensitive and lack professionalism. Joanne was very nasty and rude. Dr. Tran kept me waiting over 20 minutes to only speak to me for 3 and not address any of my concerns. First and last time I would ever be seen by this doctor. I do not recommend!

In agreeance with a lot of other positive reviews. Dr. Tran is knowledgeable, always thorough in her explanation of care, follow up options, and listens as well as tends to the needs of her patients. Office staff Maile and Joanne are super responsive and quick with requests, which is so helpful during stressful times of illness or needing medical care.

Dr. Tran is very attentive to me. She discusses preventive care as well as recommendations to avoid certain illnesses and health complications in the future. Shes always prepared when she walks into the room and is very honest. Additionally, there are many great doctors out there, but I have to say that her staff is awesome! They answer the phones, call you back promptly, listen to my needs and/or requests, and they are very patient. My wife and I have recently selected Dr. Tran as our PCP after 10 years with another doctor and we are very happy.

Dr. Tran is very attentive and responsive. She always explain her rationale for certain treatments or reasonings and will not prescribe unnecessarily. She will always call you back by the end of day if you had any questions. Her team are nice and very personable as well as efficient.

Dr. Loanne Tran is very attentive, knowledgeable, passionate and caring — she is like family to us. She takes great care of all of us from 6 to 89 years old . My grand daughter loves to visit and listen to her as Dr. Tran explains what happens to the body when sick; my daughters, nieces, brother and sisters are so amazed on how she would thoroughly explain and confidently address all necessary medical issues that makes everyone feel comfortable; especially my 89 yesr old Mom who loves and appreciate her so much for being friendly, answering phone calls on weekends, holidays and even midnights and on emergency situations. For more than 15 years, she’s the Best Doctor we highly recommend. Kudos To her great staff/team as well!

Dr Tran has been our kids/family doctor for over 17yrs now, I think. Since the first day til now (I just had a physical last week) her professionalism and sincerity has only become better as the years passed, not to mention her nurse and staff are top notch, like a 5 star hotel concierge. Appointments are usually kept on time. Once in a very VERY seldom while you have to wait a bit but not long at all which is understandable cause other patients. If we can give her 6 stars, we would.

Its been years since I went to the doctor because the last few doctors Ive been to was hard to make an appointment or rude staff that makes the visit unpleasant. I finally think I have a doctor can I stick with. Ive been seeing Dr. Tran for about 2 year now, in this time Ive had at least 6 visits. Each time the staff have always been nice and friendly. Dr. Tran is easy to talk to and listens to all my concerns and addresses them so I can understand how to continue to monitor and keep healthy.

The waiting room was very clean and relatively cozy. The chairs were spaced to meet social distance requirements for COVID-19. The staff/office assistant was very courteous and professional. I also got a text reminding me about my appointment date/time and an email to check-in before my appointment.Dr. Tran showed genuine care and concern for my health and well being. She advised me about my blood pressure and body mass index. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to my friends and family.

Unfortunately, the Doctor who I had been with for many many years is no longer practicing so I researched a new Doctor.It has been my experience that a top notch doctor is mandatory in keeping healthy. It is extremely important to me that my family has a doctor who is one of the best in their area of specialty. After doing my research, I had reached out to other MDs in the area to obtain a recommendation for a good primary physician and to my surprise, even other doctors mentioned Dr. Tran as a good choice. Since it was confirmed, she is good, my husband and I have become her patient.I find her to be caring, takes her time to explain her diagnosis and treatment plan and follows through immediately with her recommendations. She listens carefully and is very in tune to understanding you as an individual. I had a doctor before that would not lidten and only took 15mins with you. It was like she was always in a hurry. You tell her you have pain and her word was lose weight and exercise.I am so happy with Dr Tran. She listens to me and takes time to explain everything. Your test everything. I have been a patient of Dr. Tran since 2006. Now she is also my two children’s pediatrician since 2008. Dr. Tran is knowledgeable, both as an internist and as a pediatrician. How amazing is that?!?! She’s thorough when she exams me and my children. She explains everything and answers our questions patiently. She is responsive when I call her office when my little ones are sick. She gives me resources and offers useful tips to help my son eat better. I never felt that she was judgmental when I asked her questions, even silly questions relating to my health or my kids’ health.Her office staff is generally friendly and helpful. I rarely have to wait to be seen for my appointment. Her office is neat and clean, very clean!I would completely recommend Dr. tran to families who are looking for a young and energetic physician who specializes in both adult internal medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Tran tried to understand what her issues were and went beyond just reading a script unlike her last doctor. Dr. Tran listened very well to all my questions and concerns and acted quickly to address them all (multiple prescription requests and billing concerns as well as future Medicare plan options). My only comment is that this was the first time using telehealth for my appointment and because I waited over an hour to see the doctor, I wish that the office had reached out to me to notify me of the delay. Then I would have felt reassured that my appointment was in the queue and that there wasnt a technical glitch on my end. I had to call the office to ask what was going on. All in all though, I was very satisfied with the medical care I received and I appreciated the option of an online appointment! Thank you!

I have been with dr. Tran for many years. I could not see myself going to anyone else other than her. I trust her immensely. Whenever I have had an emergency situation she would always call me back. I consider dr. Tran a very professional doctor. She has an excellent chair-side manner with her patients and she is filled with empathy towards her patients. Dr. Tran had been my doctor for 5 years and I feel quite foolish for keeping her as my doctor for so long.I have had an neuropathy since age 2 (I am now 29) which means I need to be seen by a lot of specialists.Pros:1. She generally writes your prescription in a timely fashion2. She generally granted most of the my requests to see a specialist (I initiated)3. Miley the receptionist is kind and easy to talk to.Cons:1. She is poorly staffed... she has no nurses and nurse practitioners on her staff and she is the only doctor.2. She has a tendency looking at her watch consistently and making you feel rushed.3. After five years of being my doctor, she knew nearly nothing about my condition.... Which she actually admitted to when I brought it to her attention after we decided she would no longer be my doctor.4. During the course of five years she only initiated that I see a specialist once. All other times I had to initiate the process myself. It is clear that I have a physical disability and should be seen by several different specialists. My current/new doctor since September 2013 has initiated me being seen by several different doctors which lets me know that I did not have unrealistic expectations of Dr. Tran.5. Due to the nature of my physical disability I requested that the doctor request of the insurance to run a specific test. Dr. Tran told me that I probably had nothing to worry about and the insurance most likely would not authorize this request because I am young. I kindly and patiently explained to her despite the fact that she was my doctor and could clearly see that I have a physical disability that my circumstances are clearly not of someone typically in their 20s. After going back and forth with her, she put through the request and insurance with no problem at all authorized the request. Dr. Tran should be ever so grateful that I requested this exam because the results were what I expected and had I not had the exam and something had happened to me I could have sued her.6. As it was nearing five years, I honestly informed the doctor that after several years she knew almost nothing about my condition, almost never initiated that I see the specialists or have any special tests run, she seemed not to be invested in my care, and that I could have complained to the insurance and a written bad review about her. Instead I wanted to tell her face-to-face because I believe that is the fair thing to. She thanked me and instead of saying she would try harder, she simply said that it was great that I was invested in my own health care. I in no way expected an apology because I understand that as a doctor she clearly feared being sued by a patient if she admitted to a mistake. Unfortunately, her care towards me as a doctor went downhill and I had had enough.I have never in my lifetime written a bad review about a doctor but I wanted to prevent someone else from going what I went through. I am happy to report that I currently have the most amazing Dr. and I highly recommend doing your research beforehand and finding yourself a good doctor.

I am speechless to see a doctor who want to solve my health concern; Dr Loanne discussed my health insurance benefits and it’s limitations and yet, the beauty about it, Dr Loanne never gives up on me. I need that at that moment, since, I had changed in years of many doctors. It is frustrating when I visited from previous doctor office and no solutions. Came in for my annual checkup. The office is clean and tidy. Nurse practitioner was very cordial and diligent and took care of me during my visit. The physician was present as well; Ive been to other offices where only a PA was staffed, so this was a plus.

Moved out of the area 4.5 years ago and now about 45 mins from Dr. Trans office but it is still worth it to keep bringing both my kids to her. She has been their doctor for 10 years now. She always takes the time to answer questions, never too busy. If we need to get in for an emergency it has never been an issue. Also nice as the waiting room is never crowded.
