Your search for the best IT guy is over! Nam is very good at what he does and has lots of experience. Solved my problem in no time. He’s professional, timely and super knowledgeable. He’s also great at explaining things so you can understand, especially if you’re not a techy person like me. I’ve used his services several times and will continue to do so!

I have used Todos for 3 + years; and I have received excellent service, advice and on-going support. Nam resolved by server / router issues and communicated with ATT on my behalf. His remote services have resolved issue on the fly. I highly recommend Todos System for computer consulting and trouble shooting and on-going monitoring services. I run a small business with 4 laptops and 5 cpu; so he is my IT person.

When I first became a small business owner one of the biggest concerns that was advised to me was cyber corruption, office IT solutions and efficiency with data preservation. Todos Systems was referred to me by a friend and I called Nam to set up a meeting. He did an assessment of my operation and told me what I needed, what I didnt need and how it would effect my business. He did not try to sell me something I didnt need or pretend that I needed some elaborate system. That was a breath of fresh air! He has always been a phone call away and makes sure to check in on me via text monthly. I dont have a to of experience when dealing with IT issues but heres what I do know.....I know what a great value is and what customer service means. We use Todos Systems for all of our IT services at my office. Always reliable, professional and fixes the problem either remotely or on site. It saves me time when they are able to solve my issue remotely. No waiting for a tech to arrive. I highly recommend!

I was under the gun and need to get some loan docs out when my printer and scanner went off line. Nam was a huge help to me, he helped me troubleshoot the issue configured my wireless router and got me up and running. What a life saver, anyone that needs help, Nam is your guy. Nam, is great to work with always punctual, or a phone call if he is running late.Ive also had Nam work with a number of my clients as I work on the VoIP world and the IT set up is very important for my clients phones to work properly.
