Ancient technology from 30 years ago, Never upgrade and never develop. Dont waste your money buying this Excel combined with the calculation formula. They sell the same garbage software but charge you based on your sales income. Excel is better than this garbage and only pays 70$ a year.

As a network engineer, this software is easy to setup and configure for host and clients. Two versions of the software can meet the daily business operations requirements. Moreover, the maintenance is easy to follow up. This software makes life much more easier. Good Job.

We were offered a 40% discount to buy the software within 24 hours. 45 days later after NEVER INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, we decided that we were not going to transition to using OMS and spoke with the general manager who okd our request for return. For the next month the accounting department was on vacation and from then on- received no return phone calls. Finally we returned the software unopened and never used. OMS is now refusing to live up to their promise for our return and we have resorted to cancelling the charge after trying to resolve. we may have to take them to small claims court.terrible customer service, and they seem disreputable based on my transaction.

I have used OMS ERP software for many years, and the OMS software design is very user friendly, and their customer service teams are helpful, patient over the phone, and always provide me with the satisfied answers.As an accounting in the company, I really like their reporting tools, it provides me with many accounting and sales report, and I can analyze my company sales from different angles, like top selling customer, best sales rep with highest profit margin, most popular item with largest selling volume, most active regional territory. Their reporting tools is our company’s treasure island, which helps us build our sales strategy.Recently OMS also provides our company with the real-time API solution, to connect our Shopify store to our OMS. Our Shopify store orders can be real-time synced into OMS to create the sales order, and our OMS inventory quantity can be real-time synced to the Shopify stores, and the tracking information can be uploaded as well. With the OMS Pavo, it saves us tons of time to deal with our eCommerce platforms.I will highly recommend OMS software to companies looking for inventory accounting ERP solution!

Had similar experience as peter finnie, but decided it was not worth going through small claims court. We have been using the software for a year and now we find we cannot upgrade our computers because OMS is keeping our hostage unless we pay the annual fee of $5000!

We bought the oms accounting system a year and half ago and within this period the customer service keep refusing giving us the basic help needed to run the software after the system got frozen and always saying to us to go back to the manuals !!!!

System is slow. It works for what we need but feels seriously outdated. Any sort of customer support takes forever to solve. Were considering other options. Costs way too much for what it is and the service you get.
