These guys are everything you wish Geek Squad would be. Mickie is fast, reliable and considerate when discussing costs. An honest man, hes easy to get along with and doesnt try to make you feel dumb for not being to fix your own computer. I had an old and slow computer here at the shop. Wanted to buy a new one and asked Alpha for tips. They not only convinced me I didnt need a new machine, but they upgraded the old one to work better than anything I was looking at to buy. We got 2 more years out of that computer at the fraction of the cost of a new machine. Absolutely amazing. My wife and I (now married for 7 years+) decided since we were dating that we wouldnt have kids. After many years of my wife on birth control we both came to the conclusion that a vasectomy would be our next course of action. Me being nervous would be an understatement. I initially scheduled an appointment with a nearby urologist but never got called back and could not get a hold of them so I figured Id look online for a real doctor who specialized in vasectomies.I found Dr. Benderev and requested a consultation online and heard back the same day. All the information and questions I had were answered online. The day of the consultation, Dr. Benderev explained everything, was so at ease, and had a very nice personality that we were certain we made the right choice. The day of the surgery shortly after, the worst part was me being nervous. I felt basically no pain at all. Dr. Benderev and I had a wonderful conversation about NASA, computers, cars and before I knew it, everything was over. Dr. Benderev made the whole process 10x easier. The procedure took easily half as long as I thought and I felt next to nothing. It is now almost a day later and I feel almost completely normal. Cant recommend this doctor enough. His staff are wonderful - very willing to answer all our questions (we didnt have to ask any because all the information given answered everything). They were extremely polite and very helpful. The personal call to make sure everything was ok after the procedure was icing on top of the cake. I cannot say enough about how awesome this whole event was. If youre thinking about getting a vasectomy, go with Dr. Benderev.I spent weeks doing reviews, reading reddit, reading other peoples experiences. Im convinced that Dr. Benderev is the best. A doctor that loves his work - very confident and has a process that makes it better than most (his hypo spray technology), and personality (nice person and very at ease) make the whole process amazing. Cant recommend Dr. Benderev enough.
