My first visit here and am thoroughly impressed. Staff was extremely friendly and Dr Lieu was extremely knowledgeable and explained all my options in depth. Looking forward to my follow up to get my new lenses. I do have pellucid marginal degeneration which is a form of kertaconus. So to have this kind of service for a unique condition is very pleasing.

Eagle Glen Optometry is a fantastic choice for your eye care needs! The staff and doctor are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Lieu took his time explaining everything clearly, especially the potential benefits of Neurolens for my headaches and light sensitivity.The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, like a VR headset to test for misalignment, which was a seamless and surprisingly insightful experience. I was amazed to learn that a slight misalignment could be the root cause of my lifelong neck pain and migraines. After trying a few adjustments, I already felt a difference!Ill be giving Neurolens a try, as they seem like a potential solution to my long-standing issues. Their frame selection is also extensive and reasonably priced, with a convenient payment plan available.Ive been to many eye doctors over the years, but Eagle Glen Optometry was the first to diagnose my misalignment and offer a potential solution for my pain. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

I enjoyed my first visit to EGO because Claire was super efficient and kind in getting me set up for the appointment making the arrangement effortless the same as Adrianna leading me through the tests that led to Dr Lieus swift lens-sizing after which he kindly explained the results of all the tests seemingly taking a third the time they actually did leading me to feel Ive not been served more pleasantly at past eye exams. You too will likely find this optometry team a kind and efficient team that understands the importance of good old fashioned customer service.

Once again a great visit appointment the staff absolutely great. Dr Hart very attentive answered all my questions as I recently had cataract surgery was in for complete eye check after surgery and bew reading glasses and sunglass prescription. Dr. Tony has THE BEST knowledge, personality and patience anyone can ask for. I suffer from KC and he has been fitting me for glasses and contact lenses with KC since 2014. It takes a very patient ophthalmologist to do this and not to mention, having a private practice with the latest technology is a blessing. His staff is amazing as well! His attention to detail and way of explaining options is definitely someone you can trust!

I had a wonderful experience at Eagle Glen Optometry. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Dr Lieu took his time to explain every step of what he was checking and provide tips to improve comfort for all day contact wear. His staff went through what insurance covered and what it did not cover and provided the best option to go with as far as when it would be best to order my glasses/contacts. Everyone was knowledgeable and patient and made sure to take their time to explain every step of the way. I am very appreciative of that and very happy to have found Eagle Glen Optometry.

This was the optometrist I’ve been looking for!! Staff was wonderful and Dr. Lieu took his time helping me with my eye issues. I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve been dealing with dry eye for years and even saw an ophthalmologist recently for it. Dr Lieu did a lot more investigating and asking many more questions than the other doctor I saw. It was night and day difference in the treatments prescribed. I’m so thrilled! I’ve got my new glasses on order along with prescription computer glasses which will make my work day a lot better with much less eye strain. Can’t wait for them to come in! We’ll be doing our family’s eye care here from now on!

Dr. Lieu and team are wonderful. I started going to Dr. Lieu more than 10 years ago and continue to do so (now along with my husband and 2 teens) even though we have moved away from Corona. The staff is always courteous and professional when scheduling, doing call backs, and performing in-office functions. Dr. Lieu does an excellent job working with a variety of personality types (from sullen teens to a stressed-out manager to an overly chatty homemaker), always making us feel listened to, cared for, and that we are in expert hands. After having an eye doctor long term in LA County I wasn’t happy with the first doctor I found after relocating. Recently I had the pleasure of going to Eagle Glen Optometry. I’m so happy with the service and care I received here today! I’m starting a new job and wanted to use up my benefits from my former job before switching. I had called hoping there would be availability within these next two weeks and they were booked up. But the staff member I spoke to on the phone was SO helpful and accommodating, she put me on a list to be seen ASAP and got me in the very next day! The eye examination at Eagle Glen is very in-depth. As a senior citizen I rely on Dr. Tony to make sure my eyes are in good health.They do a scan that lets you see everything within the eye itself. The nutshell for my 2 stars: My experience was that the doctor is too reliant on machines and things someone else wrote down. Also my personal impression is, this physician is a doctor in his head, not in his heart.Now, heres my detailed experience if youre interested.Oct 2022 Entering the office, patients are held to the entrance by ropes. You will not be acknowledged until you sanitize your hands at their sanitation station. Every employee is wearing a mask, some even have them taped to their face. So its safe, super safe, the safest. If covid ended too soon for you, youre going to love this place.Next I was given forms to sign that said they could charge me anywhere from $35 to $1300 for contact refitting. Naturally, I asked about this and they seemed surprised that I asked. Nonetheless, they answered that its not for my situation, so thats fine. Additionally, I declined the fancy eye scan that costs $67.I was put in a room with a technician who tried to give me the fancy scan, but I reminded her I didnt want it. Then she had me read off some letters while wearing my original lenses. The entire time she never took her eyes off of whatever else she was working on. She never once looked at me.Following that, I went to another room to see the doctor. He was very polite and spoke very, very softly and very nonthreatening. He read what the tech wrote and then I think he gave me an eye exam. He made a rather large point to tell me he would have to examine my eyes old school since I declined the fancy scan. Next, he gave me some contacts to try and then checked with the letter chart several times with some of the lense things. Looked at my eyes. Additionally had me walk out in the office to see. I have aging eyes and Ill admit, contacts are tricky for me. But after about 15 minutes he decided on a set that he felt I should try. Then he made a point to tell me how he secretly put me in one multifocal and one distance lense, then he said, I didnt want to tell you ahead of time, in case you ... (and he trailed off his sentence). In case I what? Questioned him? I realize its your 15 minutes, but theyre my eyes.I didnt care about the two varieties, but I was very put off that he didnt just tell me what he was doing.Then he gave me 3 sets dailies to try. (Ive never been given less than a weeks worth.) He told me that his office would get in touch with me on the third day to see how they were. Well, they never did, so I contacted them a week later because the contacts were not great for distance and I wanted to see if they could be improved. I was given these choices for a follow up appointment: be there in 4 minutes or come in 2 weeks. Since I have not mastered wizardry, I was going to have to take the two week appointment. However they ended up having a cancellation for later that day, so I took that appointment. My impression of the doctor at that visit was that his choice for my contacts was right and I was wrong for believing that I couldnt see well. Or he was feeling like he gave me all the time I had paid for and it was costing him money to get my sight right. Whatever the reason, I took the next 3 day sample and left. These are still not great, but the thought of going back and being stared at silently when I state that my vision is still not right, is beyond what Im willing to put myself through. Also annoying, twice he made a point to say how he was taking the time to write L for Left and R for Right so that I dont mess them up. Thanks for throwing that in for free, doc.This office and doctor were a bad fit for me.

Absolutely the best care and expertise my family has ever experienced. My 16 year old daughter was born premature and has required glasses since she was 6 months old. Dr Lieu has been our optometrist for about 10 years and he still over delivers with exceptional skill and care.My daughter has mild cerebral palsy and is on the autism spectrum so she has some trouble with fine motor skills. Yesterday my daughter was fitted for the first time with contacts. Not only did Dr Lieu teach her how to insert and maintain her contacts he, adapted to her challenges and we were able to go home with confidence knowing she can handle managing her new contacts. The bonus is her vision know tests 2 levels better than she has ever seen.Thanks Dr Lieu!!!

Once I got my neurolenses just within 4-5 days I wasn’t getting headaches anymore and my eyes weren’t hurting! Also the ladies in the front were so amazing! Eagle Glen Optometry is great! Their staff is really friendly, and the doctor is excellent. They even have a fancy machine that you can opt to pay for that will take pictures of the inside of your eye (which avoids the nasty business of having your pupils dilated). Ive been seeing Dr. Tony Lieu since he opened for business. He goes out of his way to make himself accessible and personally take care of his patients, though his staff has always been extremely professional and efficient. Words cannot describe how much praise I have for Dr. Lieu and staff. I have a very specific and difficult eye condition that could make me blind in the wrong hands. Since the beginning, Dr. Lieu and staff were like a 5 star hotel but for optometry. I found myself thanking them after every visit, because they were so much better than the 5-10 optometrists I have been to, even better than Ketchum School of Optometry! I seriously owe my quality of life to Dr. Lieu, I can function with great vision, prior I had headaches, pain, and poor advice. Great experience, and Dr. Lieu is very thorough. My eyes mean everything as I do mostly internet-related work, so I really try to keep them strong and want to make sure everything is well with them. He has the latest machines and spends a lot of time with you answering all your questions and shows you pictures of the inside of your eye. Fascinating.. Before this, Ive been to an optometrist in OC years ago who is supposedly one of the best in the country, but he was a joke and rushed me through the appointment and erroneously told me false medical information.. Dont go anywhere else but here- Dr. Lieu is one the best and Id recommend him above anybody else. I dont live in Corona and still come out here, so that says something. Dr. Lieu was very professional and informative during my visit. I went in to simply update my yearly contact lens prescription and possibly get some information on Lasik. Dr. Lieu worked with me to find out what contacts worked the best and drafted a letter to a recommended Lasik surgery center in Orange County. Since we have moved out of the area the doctor has changed staff and seems to have some sort of underlined prejudice against black people. I never noticed this behavior before. Yes, I am a black woman and my entire family was with this doctor. I didn’t want to make this review but after receiving not ONE but now TWO racial comments directly from this Asian doctors mouth I HAD TO! My son went and he wears bead bracelets, one is brown with a jaguar head on it (now if you study or research the brown beads are for protection/good health). He made a comment asking my son if that one meant “Wakanda”......🤨 I let that go and said nothing....now I go take my daughter and he calls me into the back to discuss my daughters contacts and eyes...again, we have move out of the area and are now in the high desert. He says to me “I see you moved”...I answer yes....he says “Back in the hood huh”...😡🤨 I said nothing and just looked at him as I was still trying to process the fact of what just came out of his mouth!I am not wealthy but I have worked for the Superior Court of Riverside for the past 18 years, my husband works for Dean Foods/Alta Dena for the past 17 years. We are not “hood” people! And never have been!I am going to look into complaining with the BBB or someone who can do something about this DOCTOR making comments like that! I absolutely love this place! In January 2020, I got Lasik. It was awesome. But it also means you have to go regularly to get your eyes checked (at least once a year after the first year).During one of my visits, Dr. Lieu and I start discussing my headaches, neck pain, and tinnitus on the left side of my head. He checked my eye alignment, and we found out that my left eye has a mind of its own. That misalignment is know to cause all kinds of issues, so he prescribed Neurolens to me. Theyre special glasses that help align your eyes. Needless to say, I was not happy. I got Lasik to avoid glasses! Fortunately, the glasses are only necessary when Im on my computer.The results of Neurolens? Amazing!My eyes have been extra blurry at the end of the day for years. Solved.My neck has been routinely sore on the left side for years. Solved.My headaches on the left side of my head. Solved.My tinnitus? No where in the documentation has it said this would be cured, and it has not. However, it has vastly improved. Now it comes and goes, instead of being constant. This gives me hope.I never would have thought that my eye misalignment could cause so much grief, but clearly it can. This is a case of can’t get right, I went up to eagle glen about 6 times in 6 months, couldn’t get the right prescription for me, had me try different contacts lens, dilated my eyes because I was having focusing issues which by the way doesn’t mean my prescription is going to be right after that, wasting alot of time and money and dealing with uncertain staff. I went to kaiser optical and they had the right prescription for me in less than 30 minutes!
