Onsite has been such an integral part of my work life for the last 2 years! I relocated then and needed my entire home office set up and switched to a VPN connection with a VOIP phone system. This process went astonishingly smooth, with very little, if any, down time. Of course, there were many little kinks and tweaks to our system, especially since our equipment wasnt the very latest version. If they couldnt solve an issue immediately, they would research and come back to fix it in a timely manner. Derrick and Nick have been with me every step of the way setting up my desktop and laptop systems, including the dual monitors, docking station and multiple software upgrades. I really feel like it is due to them that Im able to continue working remotely in a fully-functional office at home. I would highly recommend their services. My only wish is that they opened the office earlier. ;-) (Im two hours ahead of CA now)

Been a client for 1.5 years now and Im a fan. Shout outs to Eric T in networking, Dylan C in security, and JohnPaul in account management. Derrick G has been our tier 1 tech and has taken great care of us. Pricing is a lot fairer than other providers and you dont have to sacrifice on quality and professionalism. Plus they send you some very nice chocolates every xmas :)

We are unbelievably thankful for Onsite Computing. They are fast, efficient, with tremendous customer service, and always get the task done. Not to mention that we are a nonprofit and they give back to the community by not charging us a dime for their incredible services! We consider them part of our team :) We work closely with Jim, Shane, Anggie, Xavier and the whole team - they are all incredible! Whenever we have a problem or a question they ALWAYS make themselves available and are willing to help us. Professional technicians who know their trade. James and Jim are exceptional both friendly yet professional.I had an older computer which was acting up so I took it in for a diagnosis. They told me it was not worth repairing and steered me in the direction of purchasing a newer model and transferred my data for me. It was seamless, not skipping a beat. Once I took the computer home I had an issue with scanning, James logged on remotely and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. These guys are the greatest, you will not be disappointed.

I could not be more happy with the services provided by Onsite Computing team to Corona-Norco United Way computer training room. United Way needed 12 computers working perfectly and a very short period of time. We scheduled a working day; four friendly technicians showed up on time and got the job done. They really have the knowledge and customer service I needed. I highly recommend onsite computing.

I brought in my old an new computer in for a data transfer on Friday afternoon and got it back Monday night. There was a lot to transfer over and they were very helpful and attentive to me as the customer keeping me informed at all times of the timeline and any issues that arose. They also gave me great tips on the set up of my computer. I highly recommend Onsite!
