So far, I had a very positive experience today with this dentist office. Just great people I met that made me relax. I have not been to the dentist in five years, but moving forward I will take better care of my teeth. Just a great team of people that care and showed compassion. I have several appointments to go, but I am confident in going back. A special thanks to the first person I encountered the hygienist that was there all the time and helped very much. Thank you all

I love this dental office! From the front staff, billing department, and back end Doctors and Hygienists this crew is amazing! Every time I go, they ask if I would like a water!?! No one does that! The check in is easy! More importantly, I am always treated with kindness and respect. I have never felt like they are pushy with recommendations. Recently I started taking my children as well, they could not be in better hands! Thank you all for taking care of the most precious things I have! I highly recommend this office if you have not chosen a dentist! Customer care of this caliber is hard to find these days! My children came out of the dental office with a smile!

Absolutely, hands down best experience at a dentist office...ever! Typically I am one to have to be sedated from anxiety while at a dentist office but I felt completely at home and safe with this office. From the time I checked in, had my xrays, got my cleaning done and set up my next appointment...I shared laughs with each staff member and was taken care of like I was part of their dental family. Melissa was the assistant that i spent most of my time with and she, like the rest of the team, was so kind and fun to work with. Without hesitation, they will be mine and my daughters dentists for the many years to come. 10 out of 10 recommend...all day, everyday.

Since my dentist retired I had search for good dental place . I am so glad I found Dental Care of Corona . Dr. Shital is an amazing dentist he takes time with you, he is gentle, and very professional. SUPER!!! Happy!!!! and this will be my dental care group from now on. From the front office, to the back office and Stacey the Office Treatment Coordinator who is very knowledgeable in Insurance coverages, she helped me find financial assistance so that I can get my treatment done. They are all professional and very kind. I feel like family when I go for my appointments. The dentists and all of the staff I have interacted with so far have been amazing. Including their visiting endodontist if you need a root canal treatment. They answer any questions I have and are very accommodating. They took time to note down my needs and preferences and make sure to review when I visit so I don’t have to feel the pressure of repeating myself and forgetting something every time. Office is very clean and organized and they communicate with each other very efficiently so records are kept up to date. Their financial coordinator helps ensure you have a very good estimate on out of pocket costs and deals with your insurance company so you don’t have to. I will definitely keep coming here for regular cleanings and other dental work. I recommend this office to all my friends and family in the area!

I had a fantastic experience, and thats saying something for a day at the dentist. They got me in quickly, did a thorough cleaning, my hygienist was SO sweet, communicative, attentive, and she answered my silly questions with enthusiasm. I even had to take an unexpected work call during my cleaning and they gave me time to take care of it in their office. When I was done with my call, the dentist got straight to me! Usually I wait for the dentist, but this dentist waited for me! They truly care about their patients. 10/10

So glad I found Dental Care of Corona. I was not happy with my last dentist I found his bedside manner to rude. Dr. Shital is professional and takes time to explain my treatments. I will definitely continue to be seen and treated by Dr. Shital. My hygienist Aracely is really gentle and professional and I feel comfortable. The entire staff is welcoming, and professional and that is important to me. Stacey the office treatment coordinator is knowledgeable in working with my dental insurance and provides multiple financial options so I can get the necessary treatments . You can tell that Chrissy the office manager is doing a great job managing this office . My wife Sandra and I would like to thank you . I can’t recommend this dentist enough. They have a friendly caring staff. You don’t sit and wait for your appointment to start for very long either. I don’t think I’ve waited more than 5 minutes once I’ve walked through the door for my general cleaning.

SCAMMERS BEWARE! If I could give it 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst dental office I ever went to. Dishonest and unethical! They only care about your money not your teeth. Their billing practices are illegal like upcoding and unbundling. They purposedly submitted a crown claim through my insurance under the wrong dental code so it was denied and I had to pay the entire amount out of pocket, when I notified them they said: we understand, we are sorry....didnt even try to make it right! They also submitted a claim for $500 just for initial exam and xrays! I only had deep cleaning done and 1 broken crown replacement and ended up paying $2,400 AFTER insurance because they overcharge and slam you with many hidden fees. Also, dont accept their goodie bag with mini toothpaste and mouthwash because they will charge you for it!! I refused the rest of their proposed procedures and found a new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dental Care of Corona since the year 2005. Dr. Patel and his staff have consistently done an amazing job taking care of my teeth for the past almost 20 years. I am a person near a retirement age, but my teeth are still relatively strong and in a very good condition. It would be unfair if I do not give at least part of the credits to Dental Care of Corona. I highly recommend Dental Care of Corona to anyone who needs the best care of their teeth.

I have never found a dentist that makes you feel so comfortable. The receptionist goes out of her way to help you. I was in ALOT of pain and they made time for me the same day i walked in. Unfortunately, I have had a poor experience with the dental work from this office. I had a root canal performed a few years ago and developed complications that indicated the root canal had failed, including an abscess. Went to see a new endodontist and found a broken file was left inside the tooth without informing me. Also, not all of the roots were properly treated. Things dont always go perfectly, but I should have at least been informed of the broken file and given appropriate options.

I used this office because my insurance covers it but just like every other Dental Group, this place WILL scam you into an insanely high co-pay and have you do multiple visits so you can help pay for the doctor’s Tesla. I asked for an itemized list of everything they were charging me for and lo and behold it was some “laser satellite robot teeth cleaning” that they used that I never consented to. The employees were very nice and the office is clean but I don’t appreciate scam artists. So if you’re looking for a Dentist just go with a small business, this place will price gouge you. Honestly would rather pull all of my teeth out with pliers than deal with their corruption.

My visit to Dental Care of Corona was a pleasant one. When I first walked in, I noticed that they were defusing peppermint. Then I noticed the beautiful decor and how warm the environment was. This calmed my nerves. I hadn’t been to a dentist in two year and hadn’t found one since I moved to Corona. Everyone was efficient in the jobs, and most were warm and friendly. They gave me some suggestions for a dental plan, explained the out of pocket costs and what my insurance plan would pay for. Overall it was a very good experience.

They never make me feel bad about it and go great lengths to help me feel comfortable and reduce my anxiety. It also helps that they offer sedation, nitrous etc to help me get through the big stuff (i.e. tooth extraction). 10/10 recommended.

Super sweet and patient. Every single person I had to interact with did everything to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. From phone interactions to in person, I couldnt have been happier. I was a particularly difficult case in terms of financing necessary procedures along with one cosmetic/elective step, and they still outlined all of my options very clearly and was very conscious of my financial situation without making it awkward. They made me a part of the process in a way that was very considerate (as opposed to experiences I had at my last two dentists who were very short and condescending with me once they realized I was choosing not to go through my insurance). They follow through with their patients and promises and are very thorough with the services they offer.Long story short, if youre patient with them, theyll be more than patient with you and make sure you get taken care of.

Speaking from the heart. I’m one of those patients that DO NOT ENJOY going to the dentist at all. In fact at times I need to calm myself down prior to going in, and also while sitting in the dentist chair. If it was not for the staff understanding my nervousness and giving me the comfort I needed to get through my visit, I’d be a wreck. I had only had dental work in Mexico, years ago. Coming to my first dental visit by myself had me on my nerves, but the staff (specifically Jessica) was very welcoming and nice. Their instructions were clear and they made sure to make me feel comfortable.Cleaning my teeth was a task, but even tho they struggled, they cleaned the heck out of them without hurting me.Dr Rakesh (who was such a nice, graceful gentleman) explained what procedures were needed for both health and cosmetic reasons and helped me out to figure a plan that works with my budget.My questions were answered clearly and nicely. I had a problem with my teeth and needs a quick repair. My dentist was closed, went to my neighborhood dentist but was given a cold treatment. I prayed and prayed that God find me a dentist to resolve my problem. I turned on my computer and found this dental office.from the moment I talked to the Sara, I felt relieved. Every time I come to this dental office I’m treated well and with kindness. The staff here are knowledgeable and honestly really fun to talk to. They always make you feel like you are in a safe space and they respect you as one of their patients. Everyone is friendly and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I didnt know what to expect upon arrival at Dental Care of Corona. Once there my concerns were eliminated. Upon entering the office, the receptionist was cheerful and friendly. That was only the beginning, once I got to where my examination was to take place, the room was bright and clean with the latest medical equipment. Enjoyed watching the fish in the tank till I was called in for my appointment and chatting with the other dental patients.Was escorted into my room by a friendly staff member who also took my x-rays..she also tuned in some 50’s music for my enjoyment.cleaning was then done in a professional manner a bad got a through going over by the doctor.This facility has a professional and enjoyable staff which I would recommend to anyone needing dental work.

We brought my adult son with special needs here to try to get X-rays and a cleaning which no one has ever been able to do before. He has severe sensory issues so it’s always been very hard at the dentist. Dental care of Corona, Angelica (Hygienist) and Dr. Rakesh Patel (Dentist) were AMAZING with him as were the entire staff. They did a 360 X-ray machine so he only had to do it once and the hygienist stood in there with him, with the lead vest on, of course, and held his hands while they did the X-rays which did seem to calm his nerves a bit. They truly went above and beyond and had him trusting them relatively quickly. They were able to do a light cleaning too which was in my opinion just short of a miracle. I would recommend them to anyone, super friendly staff and excellent service along with the cleanliness of the office. We definitely will not be going anywhere else!

The best dentist in the world. Been going here for many years and still get the same great dental care today as I did 14 years ago... They have the most up to date modern equipment. The hygienists are super sweet, careful and caring. The support staff is friendly and attentive. The dentists are smart, careful and have a good sense of humor. This is hands down the most professional and friendly dental office I have ever visited. I am 57 years old and have been to many dentist over the years. The dental hygienist was so knowledgeable, gentle and efficient. The Dentist was also extremely knowledgeable and focused on finding a solution to my pain. I still fear the dentist but they try their best to make it as comfortable and easy as possible.So I have been to many dentist in my years but this place by far is the best. I have always feared the dentist and hated getting work done. To the point where I just stopped going because I hated it so much. This place is awesome though and totally changed my perspective. Even when they go to numb you, you feel no pain from the needle. They make sure that you know everything thats going to happen and why before they even work on you. My experience was amazing. The treatment I received from the moment I walked in the door was stellar. I told them I was nervous about the X-rays and the hygienist stayed in the room with me, so the film could be pulled from my mouth quicker. I’m blown away that someone would do that for another person. I finally realized and told her not to endanger herself for me. Hands down the best experience at a dentist office. The Dentist was very friendly and honed in on what I felt was wrong with a few old fillings. Manager was very friendly. Please do yourself a favor and call them. I found the dentist office that I would travel from another state to see.

This place is great. Not only is the staff great, but the work that they do is great as well. I had to have 2 root canals done, and they did it without me feeling the pain. I have been to a few dentist offices before, and I could feel every time they drilled, even after several numbing shots. This office is superb. The Co owner is awesome, very friendly, and the hygienists along with specialists, and the girls doing all of the behind the work behind the scenes, whether getting approved for dental care, or planning the appointments, are all awesome.

Let me start off with the positive. The office is very clean and nice. The technology is completely state of the art. I was so impressed with the facility that I also referred my mom to this dentist. My mom has been seeing this dentist for about a year. We have noticed that there has been a big emphasis on up selling treatments that might not be necessary. To top it off, the staff really makes it challenging to speak to the dentist directly. They prefer to field questions and answers. When we recently requested a copy of my moms medical records, we were given the run around and finally had to drive into their office after they played games with us for a week. Once I committed to see the dentist to have the crown re-attached, we discovered I needed not 1 but 2 root canals!!! This is by far one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. They worked with me on payments for my tooth extractions. I have tremendous dental anxiety and they took their time to patiently explain everything they were doing before they did it. Highly recommend this office!

I recently moved to SoCal from the CenCal and decided I would give this place a try. I was immediately greeted once walking into the office. All the ladies in the front are extremely nice and professional as well as the assists and Drs. The Dr wanted to know more about myself and was not just worried about getting his money from me. I would recommend this practice to any adult(they don’t work on children). I’m very pleased with my visit and plan on coming here for the rest of my tenure in SoCal.

Greatest dentist office I have been to. Staff is friendly and professional and the office is clean, confortable and has wi-fi. Staff and doctors are great with children as well. Coverage is verified with insurances and discussed with patients before any procedures are performed, very important! Payment plans are offered for non covered services and the doctors and staff are genuinely concerned about their patients well being. 5 stars is not enough! From the moment I walked through the door all the way until I left, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. This establishment is very modern looking, lots of new equipment. The front desk ladies were awesome & very helpful! Nicole the dental assistant was so knowlegable, I was very impressed by all of the tasks that she was able to do. She asked me several times about my comfort level & made sure that I was comfortable. I could tell that she loves what she does. Then, I was greeted by the hygentist, Angelina, who was an angel from heaven (lol). Not only was she very educated in what she was doing, she explained everything she was doing in detail & made me aware of everything. I feel like I know a lot more about my teeth & how to care for them. Then, the Dr came in & he is very professional & knows exactly what is going on & gives great recommedations. He even showed me my pictures & walked through each one & made sure that I understood what was being shown. Finally, I met with Yvonne, who is in the billing department, she also explained the billing portion in great detail.After searching for a new dentist for a couple weeks, I finally found a place where I am 100% comfortable & trust the professionals I was surrounded by.I would highly recommend Dental Care of Corona :)

Decent service but extremely expensive. You can get good work for better prices elsewhere. One thing I didnt like is they charged me for two doses of sedation which was $200. I only used one and they kept the other pill that I paid for. Not cool... can I have my $100 back?

I have been going to Dental Care of Corona for at least 5 years and they have seen me through good checkups and dental emergencies. In all honesty any trip to the dentists raises my blood pressure a bit, and I am always made to feel good the minute I walk in the office. When you run into a dental emergency is when you really appreciate their caring and professional nature. Everyone from Jessica who answers the phone to Aracely the hygienist and Anica in the financial office to all the assistants in the back. Everyone you talk to in the office owns whatever the issue is. Good or bad, and are a reflection of the amazing dentists that make me feel everything is going to be ok. They use cutting edge technology which makes your visit even less stressful. I wouldnt trust my dental health to anyone else!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Today is Saturday afternoon. I was out having lunch when my cap fell off. Experienced an immediate pain like lightening bolt that radiated to my neck & ear. I contacted this office & left emergency message. Waited half an hour, nothing & I called & left another message. After texting back & forth with someone who didn’t have the courtesy to call me, it turned out to be the doctor who denied seeing me. Doctor said if it was a true emergency, I should go to emergency room or urgent care. Really?!?!? I called around & found a dentist who would see me today & took care of my problem. I will not return to this office & I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I will also be reporting this dentist.

My teeth had been deteriorating for some time. As I was not sure of the best solution for me I decided to get consultations with four separate dental offices. My first visit with Dental Care of Corona was on April 15, 2013. I was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism shown to be my Dr. Rakesh Patel and his staff during that first visit. Dr. Patel outlined a number of treatment options for me and was very generous with his time making sure I understood what was involved in each treatment. First impressions do make a difference and after my first visit I knew that I had found my dentist. I had total mouth reconstruction and am very happy with the result. Dr Rakesh and his staff do care about their patients.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE - these guys are better salespeople than dentists! For the first few months I was happy with them and then recently they started telling me how much dental work I needed to have done. After a deep cleaning, two root canals, and one crown (I probably did not need any of this done) they recommended $5000 surgery for periodontal disease! I finally got smart enough to get a second opinion from a dentist recommended by a friend. No surprise that this new dentist said NO WAY do I need surgery! Also while I was checking out other dentists, someone else told me that Dental Care of Corona is known for scamming people! Thankfully I did not get hurt too badly before going somewhere else. I wish that I would have read all the other reviews by people who have had this same experience. Patients - do yourself (and your wallet) a big favor and STAY AWAY!!!!
