This branch is the best! They take such good care of their people, even the little guys like me :-) Gwendolyn has been very kind and helpful to me through the many difficulties I have faced as a new business owner. Louis, the store manager is very present, responsive and he always has the answers we need :-)I also just started payroll with their partner company Paychex, and so far it has been GREAT with them as well. Again, as a new business owner, they have treated me with respect and class as well as provided me with an excellent service with patience and enthusiasm.It means a lot to me, to be treated well. I had learned not to trust banks, but mechanics is different. I guess there may have been some biases too, my dad worked at Midstate for years when I was growing up (Midstate is Pre-Mechanics Bank).Anyway, TWO THUMBS UP for this branch of Mechanics Bank. ❤️ The other branches are fine too, but this branch is the best.
