We are using Zyris mouthpieces for a very long time and the product has been great. But the shipping Zyris is charging is horrible. The cheapest shipping has gone up from $18.95 to $57.42. Zyris is claiming that this is the amount UPS is charging them. We have a lot of vendors in CA and are ordering regularly and the shipping is often for free and especially when we are ordering for more than $300.00.

I have been a user of this product for many years. It is one of the best innovations in dentistry for lowering aerosols, boosting efficiency and isolation. I use it for Cerec, composites and for full arch crown and bridge. Also, in addition to private practice I am in leadership of a non profit clinic on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. Zyris has donated many thousands of dollars worth of free products and units to our clinic that serves some of our neediest patients in one of the poorest counties in the nation. This is a high integrity company that believes in giving back. We have shared values with Zyris, thats apparent. We at St Francis Dental Mission thank you! God Bless.

Shipping is ridiculous. The product is awesome, but they have gotten really greedy with the shipping. I know there are better shipping options, but they probably make money off the shipping. Sometimes you would be better off ordering from secondary retailers on ebay fyi.
