My go-to spot for Amazon returns and shipping. The team has always been nice to me. Sometimes they do get busy, but I just come back another time. No biggie. Thats not even their fault. Ive never seen them under-staffed (every check out has someone), everyone seems to know what theyre doing, and they seem to treat their employees good for a shipping job.

The employees are kind, went above and beyond to help me notarize my documents, ship something complicated and answered all my questions very patiently. Thank you to the UPS team for all the help yesterday.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They offered me plenty of options to choose from until I found the one that suited me most. Excellent service!

I have used their services for 3 months and my experience was great. The only thing I was missing is an incoming envelope scanning and notification. I got that with packages but for envelopes that service is not available. Otherwise, the personnel was very professional and helpful

My first experience here was bad - rude customer service - but I try to give retail workers the benefit of the doubt. Ive had no issues using this ups store for dropping off packages but I absolutely cannot recommend them if you have anything large/valuable/fragile. I left this keyboard with them and this is what my buyer received after I paid $65 for a custom box and packing. Your best bet is to do your own packing or find another option in my opinion

Staff are moderate but you do get good products and quality UPS services also the store has good hours. Mainly my shipments alway make it to there destination in good time.

This store is the epitome of customer service. I have used them when in the are for seasonal work. Last year had problems with my mail not being delivered. Anthony took personal responsibility and went the extra mile to help locate my mail. Went I returned this year, Terri remembered me and remembered my name. It is rare these days to encounter such personalized customer service. Cannot say enough about this store.

Very poor service. Went to ship a package and was quoted $150 which I thought was already very high. They called a day later and said the total was $93 but when i checked my bank account, they charged $152. I called and the staff was short and rude but gave me the owners contact. The owner said there was nothing he could do for me because the total was $152 and thats just what it costs. Very rude staff and charged me $60 for which I still have no receipt or proof of costs for. Would not go here unless you plan on vastly overpaying and left feeling cheated.

Had a laundry list of actions to go through when I arrived. Single staff member was patient and helped guide me through every process. Best service Ive heard about at a shipping store. Would recommend!
