I work for an out of town firm that had a very important meeting in Goleta. We needed a large print job done in a very short timeframe. An employee, Alyse, took time to understand our need, confirmed they could do it, and made sure she and her team delivered. Ordering online was easy and provided peace of mind because of the preview. Alyse and the systems in place made this important job go seamlessly.

Stopped in for a passport photo at noon on a Friday. There was no wait. The clerk was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The entire process took only about 5 minutes. The store was clean and well stocked with a variety of stationary, packing and office supplies.

The location is smaller than some, but is well stocked. Ive never had a problem getting the service or bits that I went in for. But thats not why Im writing this review.Theres one employee at this location who always struck me as looking kind of unhappy, or disinterested. My wife recently had to do something late on a Friday night for a weekend work event, and let me tell you, this employee was AMAZING. My wife had a complicated thing to do, with a bunch of copies to make, and every step of the way, he helped her figure out solutions to problems, and offered better ways of doing what she needed. The printer jammed no fewer than 3 times, and he unjammed it without a complaint. (If it were me, I would have been swearing.) My wife gave him plenty of opportunities to choose easier paths or just not do more, but he really pulled through. He even found ways of reducing the costs. Now Im ashamed I ever mistook his demeanor for disinterest. Hes great.

Printing process is super smooth. Online form is simple to use, and if you call them, the staff are very helpful. James is the best! Hes helped me with all of my printing needs multiple times. Only go here!

Absolutely terrible customer service. This older lady with brown hair was so rude. She asked if we needed a receipt for our shipment and we said yes. She thought we said no, and when we asked for the receipt she said “oh well you should have said that now we have to grow through a whole process. Why didn’t you say that in the first place?” When I said we did, she said “I didn’t hear you.” The receipt process took 5 seconds. Literally. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed at customer service. Went to the store last night to buy printed label sheets using my memory stick. Employee didnt care to engage in communication, he printed for me portrait vs landscape, I said maybe my fault was willing to pay as is, didnt want to redo the printing in landscape, paid and I accepted the misprint. Went over to cut the labels and he insisted for me to leave because was exactly 8 PM his closing time. I was shocked and left saying that he was rude and he show no sign of any emotions. Hope he was a rare case of bad service. I had the opposite experience the week before at the Hope Ave store.

I have to agree the bathrooms were not impressive but NOT worse than any truck stop. People can be so dramatic in their reviews! I saw a young man employee help a lady 5 times without any attitude and I thought that was pretty impressive considering how exasperated she was at not knowing how to use the machines.

In the past the staff were not always friendly. Recently, the staff have become very service oriented and helpful. I very much enjoy using the facilities and service at this store! Thank you to the great staff and their helpful assistance. I will continue to use this store for my printing and shipping needs! Good work!

Ive used this location several times. Once I printed out copies of my college transcripts and the quality was very poor so the person working recopied for me. Another time I went in I was having trouble printing out a PDF document and the young man working that day came and helped me figure out how to print. Im thankful too because I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to print the document. He was able to multitask and helped another customer with what she needed done. Everyone left happy.

Terrible copiers and worse service, Manager and staff unable to give me a credit after 20 min. of trying. Ask me to take paper instead. Ream 3.99 so for a buck should have recd 1/4 ream. Instead Im given 45 sheets and told they cost 2 cents each!~!!!! The credit resulted from staff not setting the settings correctly! I was doing them a favor in accepting paper but got cheated anyway.They refused to give me the 1/4 ream. After all that they did not return my card with several dollars on it until asked. They should not even get 1 star but system requires it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
