I’m all about supporting small business… But this has to be the cheapest UPS franchisee. I get we are in hard times …but, come on. His employees do the bare minimum and charge extra for tape I needed for one of my boxes - $1.18. Of the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent at their store sending Christmas gifts to family etc… there is no loyalty on their end. I have ignored the rudeness of all workers out of convenience but the customer service is terrible workers are sad and gloomy and unwilling to help. This was the straw that broke the camels back. I’ll gladly spend an extra $1.18 in gas to drive to the one on El Camino. They were amazing. Vote with your dollar. ?
