Service going downhill. Ive had intermittent service here either great or really substandard. A few staff members working behind the printing area I find to be dismissive, not friendly, lack ability to empathize with the customers plight in a professional manner and overall I wont be shopping here anymore. Its important to me where I go that people demonstrate standards of decorum. This means I want them to smile ask me how they can help me explain why they cant help me and communicate so I may want to shop there again.Second time in a row Ive had the same experience. First time you get a pass the second time Im done. And it was the same girl twice in a row so maybe she just needs to go

Would be 5 stars, but the contents of both boxes we shipped had damage. FedEx packed them well, but they must have been poorly handled. FedEx did cut a check for the damage claims.FedEx web portal and mobile app s/w can be frustrating and confusing. Rick instore was professional, and very helpful in getting claim info uploaded to FedEx backend. Called me back like he said he would.

Every time Ive needed help, a staff member, when available, was very courteous and helpful, making sure I was able to proceed with my work. They would often walk from their counter to the machine I was using to fix the problem. They were also happy to explain the problem so that I could learn more about the interface and fix it if it happens in the future.

The employee from the photo section was manipulative and disrespectful to me. I came for a passport photo, the photo that will be on my official document for the prolonged period of time. He took just one picture and proceeded to the printer without asking me whether I like it or not. I asked him to show me the photo before he prints it out. He said to wait. He printed it, cropped it and put in the envelop before showing me. That was very manipulative, he did everything for my paying for the photo because I felt bad that I could reject it after he put in his work. On top of that, he was very arrogant about my request as if I was asking for something more than he is expected to do on his job. I give zero star for this location.

If I could leave zero stars I would… I have had the worst experience at this location, the employees are rude and impatient and generally condescending. I went in this evening about six minutes before they close to scan one file and I was not greeted but told essentially I need to hurry up because they’re about to close, I got another reminder before they were closed telling me that they had already closed when I still had a few minutes, was trying my hardest to be efficient and get my document scanned… At about 8:02 the scanner told me that it could not take all 100 pages I was trying to email… The assistant manager ISAÍ Open the door for me and told me sorry we’re closed while holding the door open and giving me a dirty look.... I had already been there trying to complete my task quickly after driving 30 minutes to get there before they closed, it would’ve literally taken them three minutes to help me and instead I didn’t get my documents sent for work. Not only that but he was extremely condescending and rude from the moment I stepped foot inside the building, if you are more concerned with getting out of work one minute after closing time then you are about taking care of your customers that maybe you should get a different job. Especially if you’re the “assistant manager”!!!!

FedEx package tried delivery on Saturday and not home. Call and said would delivery Monday or could hold at FedEx and need to pickup by 8 pm. FedEx then tried to deliver on Sunday when stated would not attempt until Monday, missed again. Called again and asked why said Monday, whatever. Said would be at Encinitas and they are open to 8 pm, second time said 8 pm. Drive over today and they are closed at 6 pm. Would think FedEx would know their own hours. Doesnt seem they no locations of their package or their hours.

Would go 0 stars if I could. Manager working the printing section was completely disrespectful and belittling to his female co-worker. This was done on multiple occasions, making customers and myself uncomfortable. Seems like a toxic work environment under this management.

This FedEx location treats it’s customer with complete disrespect. I am taking my FedEx business elsewhere and refuse to be abused by their employees again. They ask prodding questions about packages, always try to up sell on packing materials even when returning the package in original packaging material, and they use covid as an excuse to boss customers around even more. They ask customers to stand 6ft back during the entire time they interact with you and you are forced to yell the shipping address for the whole store to hear because they can’t hear you in your mask. I hope corporate reads these reviews and terminates all the employs that work their. Please if you read this review do not go to this shipping facility.

Don’t try to print photos here. Came in to print just one picture (5x7, no frills). Tried 3 self photo print terminals. None would connect to my phone. Came back with a USB drive. That finally showed pictures but errors out at the final “Printing” screen (happened on 2 terminals). Employees weren’t helpful at all and manager was even less helpful. Went to the CVS in the same shopping center and printed My 5x7 in ~45 seconds. FedEx never again.

Update: subsequently, Darcy called me and tried to make amends. She said this guy IS, IN FACT, a new security but agreed his behavior was unprofessional. No explanation for why he sped away, or the Arizona plates. Assured they valued me as a customer. Thanks Darcy. // i drove to the Fed Ex Office on 9/26/18 to make a few copies ...I pulled in to the parking lot at about 8:40am...I sat in my car for a few moments to prepare my papers, with the windows partially open but also partially covered..a few moments later a silver pickup truck pulled up and I noticed a male latino trying to peer in my windows (from his drivers seat) ..then he parked and started walking toward my vehicle..I opened my door wondering what this was all about..then I noticed he wore a security jacket..He seemed SURPRISED to discover somebody was actually IN the car.. then he said, Are you OK ? I noticed youve been parked there for a while as if he was doing a welfare check. As noted, I pulled in there less than 5 minutes prior. Then I noticed he had an Arizona license plate. This is the west coast of California, far from the Arizona border.So I start to say WHO ARE YOU?! at which point he is already back in his vehicle and quickly tries to get away,! So I am starting to think he is a FAKE SECURITY GUARD casing vehicles, and noticed my open windows, and thought he could quickly pull out something thru the open windows, but had the security jacket on just in case something unexpected happened. So I write down his license plate and call the police, and report it.Then i go into the Fed Ex Office and report it to the first clerk i see behind the desk. He says there IS a security detail for the shopping center but that hes bald and walks around. This guy was NOT bald and in a vehicle, and quickly fled when I tried to INQUIRE who he was. So the Fed Ex Clerk says he will CALL THEM (security) ..I say thanks, and then I go and make my copies.I dont notice the clerk making a phone call and after i make the copies I ask, SO DID YOU CALL SECURITY? He says he did, but appeared so NONCHALANT about it, as if he actually did NOT or did so in a perfunctory manner, as if he really did NOT care whatsoever. So I ask if I could have the phone # of the security and call myself, and he says, Um, it might be just an internal number for us .So he goes to the back office apparently to ask the manager, and returns and says yes it is just for internal use. So i say, CAN I SPEAK to the MANAGER? and a few moments later a lady comes out by the name of Darci or Darcy . I repeat the details. She says, Weve had problems here recently [ without giving specifics] ..Im not sure if she means theyve had problems with break-ins or problems with their security or what..and she doesnt explain, but goes on to say shes not even sure she knows the phone # to them. So I say, YOUR CLERK JUST SAID HE CALLED THEM. And hes standing there and quickly says, So I must have called the wrong #? You dont know if somebody answered who was the security guard or a voicemail ?I got the DISTINCT FEELING that she could CARE LESS !! I dont know why. ? Whats going on ? Dont they care about the customers security ? Are we just people who have money to spend at the store, nothing more ? At the very least there seemed to be a GIGANTIC LACK of communication skills and lack of empathy to show or even pretend they DO CARE.People such as this possible fake security guard in the parking lot could go on to do even much worse things, or maybe already have.. They need to be reported & apprehended, and store managers (& clerks) not only need to PRETEND they care but NEED TO ACTUALLY CARE.I know Fed Ex Office has many great employees and have been to many of your locations all over the USA, and so I know you will be concerned about this anomaly and want to follow up. Fedex, please learn from UPS.I tried sending package internationally but fedex couldn’t find my zip code.Went to UPS, and I was able to send the package with zero issues.Also, at UPS i returned a pair of shoes to Nike (in its original packaging, shoe box plus a bigger brown box), zero issues.At Fedex, i returned a pair of shoes to adidas also in its original packaging, and the lady insisted that i should pay 4.30 dollars to put crumpled paper inside, between the small space of the shoe box and the bigger brown box.

Careful here. Not the best shop. Defaults to color on every print. Blames everything as a national outage when it was just slow. Received misinformation regarding attachments. They are unwilling to update their google drive software so it doesn’t work. Go elsewhere.

I was told to use US postal service the next day, because it was too late to post mail that needed to be signed for. Some guy working with tats and slick hair told me that. Basically don’t go to this location when it’s late because they won’t provide the services they advertise.

My order was printed on the wrong material. Instead of correcting the wrong order the lady tried to tell me I selected the material they printed my items on. Eventually I just asked for a refund. Waste of time. Staff was nice when I initially went in to make the order though.

This place is the best! In my business I am shipping product a few times a week. The clerks will pack and ship for you if you give them your companies account number. They save me so much time. Marla has been an angel!!

They scam for business, ie i brought return in the box i received shipment, but they said i needed stronger box and had to repack trying to sell me their box, after i mentioned it ia the same box it originally came in then manager said it is ok as long as i fill the box better (even though i put two pairs of shoes in a box where one pair came in) and tried to sell me fill in materials. At the end, i had to bring the return to another fedex location where they took it without questions asked. Scammers.

I went into Kinkos tonight with my two month old baby to get a passport photo done. Neva delivered exceptional service, not only was she a problem solver, but also she went above and beyond to make sure I can get what I need to get done (with a baby) quickly and hassle-free. Hear this, a 2 month old cant sit up on his own yet. Another gentleman suggested that I sit with the baby, and I can be cropped out. Neva was quick on her feet to suggest putting a white posterboard down on the table and place the baby flat on it. She jumped up on a table and quickly snapped a passpoet photo within a minute. First try, done. Yes, partly due to a cooperating baby as well... however, if it wasnt for Neva, we wouldnt have gotten things done so quick and so well. Thank you sooo much, Neva. You are an asset to the store... keep it up!

Rude staff. Won’t go back. Even though I’m wearing a mask and had to punch my card info in the card reader, I was told to stand 6ft away from the counter. How do you expect me to use the card reader then? Figure it out, FedEx.
