I am a longtime customer of this UPS store location, and have always experienced excellent customer service here! The staff is all super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I am grateful they are here in our neighborhood and community.

I went to this UPS Store twice to get legal documents notarized and to ship, and the customer service was excellent and quick both times, and I didnt even have an appointment! In spite of it being very busy both visits, the employees were polite, professional, and served everyone quickly. This is not the case with all the UPS Store locations Ive been to, so this would be my first choice always in Encinitas! Great job to the owner and employees for providing a top-notch customer service experience!

Staff here is consistently kind, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I end up coming here twice a week and whatever I need to get done shipping, returns, notarize something, they make it easy and pleasant. Thank you!

I need to ship a rare TMB 130 signature series telescope across the USA. I did not trust my own ability to package it safely so I trusted this UPS store to carefully package this expensive, (and possibly priceless- as it was in extremely limited production when produced- but is no longer in production) fine 130mm astronomical telescope. The scope was inside a dedicated case. The UPS store staff were informed of what it was and of its stated insured value of thousands of dollars. I paid for the shipping, insurance and packaging. I left the store thinking it all would be fine. But the UPS Encinitas store failed to carefully package it and instead, simply threw some bubble wrap around the scope (that fortunately was tightly braced inside its protective aluminum case) then put it into a cardboard box and then threw some (insufficient amount of ) paper around it. Consequently, as the box was too large for the item and the space between the box and the item was so large, the item rattled around inside the box which may have potentially destroyed it. The package recipient emailed me the images of how it was received. Sadly, unbelievable incompetence and carelessness.

I have had a mailbox at this UPS Store for two years. They have always provided me with excellent service. They are quick to respond, courteous and friendly. I have had nothing short of a positive experience with each visit.

This is by far the best UPS Store in my area. i always get prompt service and very knowledgeable help. in fact, the other day i was returning an amazon purchase but forgot to print out my label, and instead of being told to come back, the associate forwarded my email to their printer on site, and helped me out. thank you!!!

The staff at this UPS store is really quite efficient! Now if customers, especially those in front of me, who were bringing in their Amazon returns could have been better organized with properly packed items and had their QR codes ready to be scanned by the helpful staff when it was their turn, the wait in line would have been much shorter.
