Dr. Hira was professional and patient with my care.My issue is with this locations office staff, front-desk staff and Carbons billing department. Id give a -5 if I could.2. Their front-desk is in bed with their dubious billing department. Despite my active health insurance and me presenting my card everytime, their check-in staff billed my PCP visits (on 07/05 & 07/27) incorrectly. Their billing department thinks its okay to bill you incorrectly and respond to your question in about 6 weeks. Also, your refunds arrive from some 3rd party advertising agency and not Carbon themselves ... #shady. This has happened 2 other times with Carbon in the past couple years. They create friction so they can rip you off unless you have the time and patience to keep following up for several weeks after.3. Their office staff, who are supposed to be answering questions on the app, sending referrals to specialists etc ... do that job like they are doing charity - if and when they feel like it! I reminded them 3 times over 10 days to send my doctors referral to a specialist and they failed to do so.If every visit is going to be a multi-week disaster for my mental and financial health, getting care from Carbon is a net negative!

My experience with CZR is as a renter. This real estate group managed a property I viewed. They charge a 30% rental fee to be split between the owner and renters which is a complete scam. The agent we met didnt even have access to two of rooms at the property. Also agent was highly unprofessional. She never responded to the emails I sent to her actual CZR email requesting an application. She did responded via the Zillow interface, but incredibly slowly. I had to email twice to get one response. Also I repeatedly requested an application and she did not send it to me. When I asked why not, she said she didnt want me to pay the application fee, which made sense since it was now weeks later! I will avoid any properties managed by this group. Not worth fee. I hope the property owners have a better experience, but I can tell you theyre missing out on qualified applicants using this group to show their properties. The only question is how many are they missing out on.In response to the owners response:Your use of Jenny, is overly familiar and inappropriate. Again unprofessional.I requested an application at the viewing and was told we could follow up by email. I was told then the agent was already expecting one other application. I then asked for an application in at least 4 separate emails over the course of a week and was only told the day before the property owner was going to make a decision that they will not send me an application to graciously save me $40. Of course at that point theres no point in applying, but that was really my biggest problem with the lack of professionalism from CZR. They didnt provide an application through the method they told me they would, and I requested the application several times.As for the locked rooms the agents words were, the contractor locked them and I have no idea why. We assumed the contractor was keeping items in there, but the agent had no knowledge and Im pretty sure this as agency is charging a 30% rental fee to advertise and show the property. There were no pictures online for these locked rooms and the people being paid to show them cant. Thats a red flag. I requested another showing when they had access to open as well as an application. The agent followed up saying they still did not have access to the rooms and did not provide the application.I will say they filled the property fast, which is important to owners, but from my point of view, theyre not doing anything close to earn a 30% rental fee. Theyre not following up with interested parties. Theyre taking maybe the first 4 applicants and calling it a day. If you dont mind a small pool CZR will work for you. But they do the bare minimum... Owners, you can also ignore emails from applicants and not pay fees.
