The service here is unbelievably strong. Emails and phone calls are returned very quickly. The details of my trip got a little confusing to me. But everything was handled fluidly by Lois. I cannot recommend renting DVC from them more highly. This was our first rental and they made it easy.

I spoke to Lois in the member booking office yesterday. She called me extremely angry and irritated that we no longer had the membership they had listed almost 6 months ago. I had tried to reach the lady we originally got in touch with, without luck. Lois at one point was almost yelling at me, my mother heard this from the other room and was stunned! I have had zero communication from this company since we signed on and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. She was more worried about the renters reviews… I CAN also write negative reviews especially when I’m being talked to as if I’m incompetent. I was originally interested in selling our points because I am pregnant and wanted to help pay for our midwife, we were told they would sell quickly with the dates they gave us, it took 5-6 months, NOT quickly. I get they are trying to make money, but if she would have been respectful and kind to me, I’m sure we would have listed again with them in the future and left a positive review. I’m sure she will fire back at my review, but I don’t appreciate how she spoke to me and seems like she is uninterested in the members who OWN the points.

I have rented DVC points from the DVC Shop three times and will continue to use them in the future. They are always able to secure my custom reservation requests at the Polynesian and Grand Floridian resorts. I admit I have tried renting with other well known companies who may have a slightly lower price, but I am always told the resort is booked or that I would have to be placed on a wait list. I contact the DVC Shop and the same requested stay is secured one day after submitting the online form. Payment is a breeze, and I like that the full payment is not due immediately. Communication is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend the DVC Shop!

Communication is difficult and slow. i tried to call the number in their website but no one is picking up. Theyre not very responsive to chats as well. Confirmation of my paid reservation is not as fast as the other rental companies. I explained that we are leaving the country soon and Louis respon ded to my email, saying that i will get a feedback the following day, that i today. Still waiting for the confirmation. I hope we get the confirmation within the day, like she said.

Ive used DVC Shop Rentals multiple times now and their service has been second to none of the other DVC rental sites used. Not only do they post confirmed reservations that are literally within a day of check-in (I was able to score a last minute Poly deal for under $300/night!!), they were accommodating and super responsive for another reservation I had to change, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Lois and team are incredible, offer great deals on DVC rentals, and truly care about the customer experience! I cannot recommend them enough and they are my first go to for all DVC rentals!

Booking was seamless! You can choose from confirmed reservations or, if they dont have what you need, you can enter a custom search to find availabilities. I was worried how long it might take since we had to pay 20% upfront, but within 24 hours, they found a DVC owner who confirmed our reservation! They emailed me the confirmation number, and I was able to link it right to my Disney experience as if I would have booked it myself directly through Disney.The website and app is very well organized and easy to use giving you the two options. The owner, Lois, clearly knows what she is doing. I got the impression that this is a small business after speaking with her on the phone.You cant beat deluxe resorts at moderate resort prices!

Dont be discouraged by the process. A staff member will absolutely walk you through the process and help you with selling your points. I previously used this company and will use this company again in the future. Super friendly staff. Will go out of their way to help you sell your points. I have not used them to purchase points or reservations, but I imagine they are just as wonderful to purchase as they were to sell. Selling process can be confusing and overwhelming. Trust me my fellow DVC members. This is the company that you want to use. If you want to have a magical experience. There are other companies but I promise this is where the magic is at.

They were able to find us great rooms but not our first choice. I was very happy. I called to rent out my confirmed reservation. I couldnt believe how rude the person was. It sounded like she was moving all her office from one room to another. I could hardly hear her talk. I mentioned it, but she laughed and kept right on with it. I then mistakenly thought she said Monday, instead of Sunday. She got upset with me. I contacted Lois to let her know what had happened, but when she found out that I had already rented with another company, she quit responding. Showing how much she really cared, I guess.

Never in my wildest dreams would I think I would get a chance to stay at a Deluxe resort.. let alone the Grand Floridian!! After you request and submit a payment for a ‘listed as confirmed reservations available’ selection, the company refunds your money b/c the reservation is allowed to be taken back by the owner.But the owner does not have to unlist the confirmed dates available - meaning the list reservations aren’t really listed as available confirmed. It’s false advertising. Be careful not to invest.Apparently the owners list their rentals, and are not bound by a contract to hold up to their end. They can take back their reservation unfortunately.
