My experience with Sofmen:When I first came up with the idea for my app, the only thing I knew was how the app needed to function. I had no idea how to design the user interface, do the programming or how to get the app into the Apple app store and the Google Play app store. I was prepared to hire a contractor to make the UI, another to program the app, and a third to get the app into the app stores.I had no idea who to go with or how much it would cost. Sofmen weren’t the only ones I checked out, but their website looked the most professional and legitimate. Since I had to go with someone, I blindly gave them a call.To begin with, Joel (the representative who took my call and eventually became my contact at Sofmen) told me that they not only design the UI, but they would also program app and get it into the app stores! I was immeasurably relieved to hear this. Not only are they a one-stop shop, but they always charged exactly what they quoted and were always on time.The quote they gave me for all of these services was far less than I was expecting and I couldn’t have been happier. I loved the UI they developed and so did everyone I showed it to. At this point, I realized just how lucky I was to have found them.I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who has rough concept for an app and want to work with the best. First of all, we are super grateful to Andy and Jessica! Because their team is professional and responsible.According to the timeline, Andys team is very efficient and organized. We asked Andy to come to our home for an evaluation for the first time in mid-January 2021, and he quickly sent us a detailed quotation after he returned. Andys acumen, foresight and accuracy about the market and housing prices impressed us, and we decided to cooperate with him immediately.In the next month, Agent Jessica was mainly responsible for contacting us, inviting different companies to come to our house to measure and discuss the design of the inside and outside of the house, and then determine what needed to be improved, renovated or adjusted according to our requirements.After we moved out in mid-February, the renovation of the house officially started, including the re-planning of the courtyard. It wasn’t until mid-to-late March that our house found a new owner! Andys negotiation skills and knowledge of housing prices are definitely among the best in the industry!It is worth mentioning that we leave all the materials and construction of the house decoration to Andys team. And these were completed perfectly within our time requirements. We would also like to thank Jessica for her patience and responsibility. Because we had been communicating remotely during the renovation process, Jessica always responded to us as soon as possible. Many times we would trouble her several times with the same problem, but she always explained it to us patiently and went immediately. Complete our request.For example, after the house was listed on the website, we felt that the staging photos were not enough, so we immediately contacted Jessica and said that we could also add photos of solar panels and power walls. Jessica immediately contacted the photographer to go to our home and take more photos, which were quickly uploaded to the website. It can be said that they respond to requests and are extremely efficient.Having such a good team to help us operate it, even though we are not on site, is really reassuring.
