The team led by Andy appeared to be excellent. The rep. from his team who took care of my house to sell were Yuriko and Sunny. They did excellent work and drove the selling processes very professionally. The results from their effort was great to sell mine in short period of time and at great selling price. We are very happy with the results and appreciated their hard work to come to this resolution. Andy, Eric and his team helped us both with the purchase of a new home as well as the sale of our old one. We had high expectations signing up with them considering the number of houses Andys team transacts in our area. The team far exceeded even our high expectations.Our own personal constraints in the timing of the sale of our house and remodeling needs for the new house, as well as constraints created by the turbulent insurance market, posed seemingly insurmountable challenges. We engaged the TSE Group for the sale of our Saratoga home in 2021. From the first meeting to the completion of the transaction we could not have asked for a better team to work with. In our very first meeting, Andy and Jeni made us comfortable with the entire sales process and advised us on the market conditions and price range. Due to work change, we decided to sell our house this Spring. After talking with a few agents, we decided to go with Andy and Jeni (of Tse Group). It is not only because they are familiar with our area (San Jose/Saratoga/Campbell), but also their workstyle matches ours. Jeni is a very efficient gal who will return our texts usually within 5-10 mins and she follows-up with any of your questions/concerns quickly along the way. Selling and moving out of State is a very stressful process and having someone ‘who takes pride in what he/she does well’ to help makes a huge difference! Jeni not only helped to arrange staging (they have a really good stager too), house cleaning, window cleaning, inspection, termite, house photos but she also checked on the progress regularly herself to make sure things are going on schedule and smoothly. Their expertise was evident when we hired thme to sell our luxury house last year during a turbulent market. They recommended high-ROI renovations that we believed helped us sell quickly and at a higher price in a very difficult market. I highly recommend Eric and his team. Eric is professional, honest, patient, superbly knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, resourceful, and well connected. Recently Eric helped us to sell our first and only house of 31 years. We had zero experience in real estate and were apprehensive of the process, but Eric patiently guided us through the entire course of the sale. He went above and beyond and make the complicated process as painless as possible. It was a difficult sale - our water heater broke while the sale was pending and flooded the garage and laundry room. The first buyer backed out. Eric helped us working with insurance to get all the cleanup and repairs completed quickly and re-listed the house for sale. Without Eric’s knowledge and connections we would never be able to do that in such short time. In the end, our house closed even higher than the first pending price, and $38,000 more than listing price, and $78,000 more than what my wife and I had originally hoped to sell! My wife and I can’t express how happy we are with the professional service provided by Jeni Moon and Andy Tse of TSE Group. If you are looking to sell your house or even buy a new property, look no more. Jeni Moon and Andy Tse offer the best service out there. In the middle of the pandemic (august 2020) I walked into my dream house in Los Gatos and met Jeni Moon. We were not at all prepared to buy a house but in just 5 days she helped us put together our offer for the house that she was also selling and we ended up owning this beautiful property. She introduced us to an amazing mortgage broker that closed 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. As soon as the house went into pending, we realized we needed more money to update it. So I asked her to sell our first home in Campbell. She showed up within 2 hours with a renovation team to get our home ready for sale. In just 10 days the house went on market with fresh paint, new carpets and refaced cabinets. She staged the house with amazing taste and brought over 70 parties during the height of the pandemic. We received 9 offers (including 2 cash offers) and sold the house $300K over asking price. The most amazing part of this work was that we delegated everything to them from renovation, staging, and everything else possibly imagined. Bad experience! I wanted to inquire about monthly payments with a lower downpayment. He told me to just text him. I thought he might be busy and tried to understand. So, I did text him. He never replied! I then realized that he did not want to entertain my inquiries because of my low downpayment. Yes, he has 5 stars! That is if he likes the applicants! I felt so discriminated and it made my day so bad! He is not helpful at all!

First of all, we are super grateful to Andy and Jessica! Because their team is professional and responsible.According to the timeline, Andys team is very efficient and organized. We asked Andy to come to our home for an evaluation for the first time in mid-January 2021, and he quickly sent us a detailed quotation after he returned. Andys acumen, foresight and accuracy about the market and housing prices impressed us, and we decided to cooperate with him immediately.In the next month, Agent Jessica was mainly responsible for contacting us, inviting different companies to come to our house to measure and discuss the design of the inside and outside of the house, and then determine what needed to be improved, renovated or adjusted according to our requirements.After we moved out in mid-February, the renovation of the house officially started, including the re-planning of the courtyard. It wasn’t until mid-to-late March that our house found a new owner! Andys negotiation skills and knowledge of housing prices are definitely among the best in the industry!It is worth mentioning that we leave all the materials and construction of the house decoration to Andys team. And these were completed perfectly within our time requirements. We would also like to thank Jessica for her patience and responsibility.
