Today my company’s network is solid and secure.The response that I get from LAN WAN is nearly instant. 99% of the time they answer my call without having to leave a message. In the rare case when I need to leave a message, the call is returned very quickly. I can say that anyone who works with LAN WAN Enterprise is guaranteed an unbelievably quick response. Sometime problems are fixed before I have a chance to contact an engineer. They make this possible with the use of their proactive protection tools.As far as the proficiency of the team goes, LAN WAN stands alone in the field of IT. We started out with them over a nightmare in software compatibility issues. They made sure all software protocols were being satisfied, as well as rebuilt our entire domain. The very first night they came, they stayed the whole night working until the morning. We were so happy with the job they did after working overnight; we took the team out to IHOP afterwards for breakfast. Honestly, that is the same effort we get from them every time we call them. They are not just a vendor to us; they are an extension of our team. To me personally, they feel like family.
