My organization uses Apex for our technological support. Their staff are very well trained - knowledgeable and friendly. I have had to submit at least two dozen support tickets to access new software or get my new laptop set up. They have yet to disappoint me. My co-workers and I cant recommend them enough.

I have had many resolved tech support encounters with various staff at Apex Technology Management, and they have been very knowledgeable and super efficient. Apex has exceeded (by far) any past experience I have had with other tech support companies! I highly recommend them for tech support in these uncertain technology/security times we are living in! Excellent company!

Apex has serviced the business I work for for as long as Ive worked here (going on 10 years). Theyve always been quick to respond to problems that we have to get them resolved, and even are the first to call us when we lose power/internet and our server is down to make sure we can still function. Or to lest us know whats going on so were aware. Theyve recently helped us set up all new computers for our office with dual screens, and a new server. They did so in a timely manner that didnt have our office out of commission for long so we were able to serve our clients without delay. Tom and his team are always ready to help and that to me is always the key to great customer service.

Our office has used Apex Technologies for all IT concerns for well over ten years. They have always provided excellent service and we have recommended them to many other local businesses. Several weeks ago our wireless controller crashed and our entire practice was upended. Kyle from Apex went above and beyond the call of duty to get us up and running again. He is always responsive to all of our needs is refreshingly proactive with suggestions for improvements in our business processes.

We hired APEX as a vendor solution for our IT issues at a small firm. They effectively guided us through a major infrastructure transition, as well as assisting us with our day-to-day IT needs. They have been on top of every issue both with their Virtual CIO, and their support staff. I strongly recommend them for small business needs.

I have worked with Apex Technology for the past 10 years and received exceptional service. Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient in problem solving. It doesnt matter if it is fixing a stand alone workstation or designing a wide area network, they have staff with the expertise in both areas and everything in between. I dont know where we would be without the support Apex has provided to us.

The guys and gals at APEX are super helpful, and know their stuff. Most people dread having to call IT, but not me! I have full confidence that they can solve my issues beyond Have you tried turning it off, and turning it back on? Friendly, knowledgeable, and I never have felt like they are speaking in Greek to me (sometimes). ;)

The company I work for found Apex through a Google search when looking for an IT service in California. Their staff is very knowledgeable and responsive. They have a great customer service team and they offer many different service packages. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for IT services.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Apex. Today I worked with Allen on an unusual request. He jumped right in and figured it out, saving us hours had we done it independently. Allan and all the Apex staff are always courteous, patient and dont give up until there is a solution. I would recommend them with the highest regard.

Lets start with the people: knowledgeable, easy to work with, helpful & just plain nice to be around. Our non-profit has worked with Apex for 5 years. Initially, we moved to their services after having a terrible experience with a technology company. They handled the transition beautifully and have been our greatest technology allies every since! Projects they have supported us with include: basic everyday support, upgrading our network, data backup, internet upgrades, multi factor authentication (MFA), setting up wi-fi at new sites and setting up desktops, tablets, laptops, mondopads and printers. All of their staff from the support techs to their lead techs and project people, as well as their finance and administrative team, are all very professional, knowledgeable, supportive and customer-focused. We are very grateful for our VCIO, Tom Grisell, who helps us assess and plan for technology improvements and needs. As a youth development non-profit, our focus is kids, so having someone who is knowledgeable in our technical needs and can help us look at ways we could improve them, but who can break it down for us in lay terms, has been crucial in the success of our partnership with them. Overall, we would recommend Apex and all of their team to anyone and everyone looking for any services now and in the future. We cannot say enough in words just how grateful we are for their partnership.
