I do not recommend this company for real estate services. Ill start with the pros. The initial account representative has been pleasant and knowledgeable since my enrollment on 9/30/19 and the service posts on my Facebook page 2 to 3 times a week. However, there have been a lot of cons and Im stuck in a service paying twice as much my previous service (Market Leader) with much fewer benefits. Since I enrolled, I have had to speak to numerous representatives and have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get a working Facebook banner, website and IDX integration. I have had to submit the same requested information to several different people. Currently, I still dont have a working website & I dont have IDX integration so that my listings automatically come into the software to be viewed by prospective clients or to mak marketing materials.My last phone call was about a week ago, where I voiced my frustrations and asked for a proration of the $1500 that I paid for a 6 month agreement. After being on the phone for almost 2 hours with about 3 different reps, including one male rep who was extremely rude & would not listen, I was offered an extra month of a useless service, compared to my previous service, or $375 of the $1500 back and they would cancel my contract imediately, even though I didnt receive all of the services that were laid out in my contract. I decided to take the extra month to at least get the small benefit of having posts to my Facebook page and maybe a few leads (so far I have only received one bad lead). I would still have to call Market Leader to ask them how I can migrate my domain away from them to another host in order to possibly get my website working.Overall, 50% of the people you speak to for this company have bad attitudes and poor customer service and are a complete waste of time to talk to. Instead of wasting more hours on the phone with them, I will keep Market Leader so that I have a working website and can market to clients adequately without the frustration and wasted time. Overall, I have wasted $1500 and about 20 hours on the phone.
