Zentaps marketing support on social media for my real estate business is the perfect match!! In Real Estate, Social media is how I keep my sphere up to date; but I was not able to do so consistently. They have the info, data, and content created for my market, my clients, I can customize it--there is a lot of freedom in content creation. Lisa is my assigned--awesome--account manager; she gets what I do and what content I need and what works on what platform: FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, etc. We communicate weekly or whenever we need to. She is always there for me. How often does that happen with the company you are paying?

Zentap is a great service. I’m an investor and agent so I was looking for a particular type of target market. I spoke to Sean initially who was either a jr account executive or manager, I’m not sure. He explained everything to me a couple times so I had a better understanding. He set realistic expectations and didn’t try selling me on a dream! Didn’t feel pressured into anything at all. I’ve had my profile with zentap for about 4 months and it has worked great so far. I don’t have to do much, they pretty much take care of everything for you. My account manager Nadia has been taking care of my account since I signed up and she’s been great. Easy to call, and if I miss her she always calls me back within the hour! What I really liked is that he didn’t just pitch the product, but was more goal orientated with me. He made me a personalized video banner based on things I have going on in my community, and made me videos to target my unique market. Since then I’ve been dealing with Nadia my account manager, who’s been fantastic. She ask key questions on my future goals and helps me try to obtain them! I really was optimistic at first, but now I truly believe in the service. I would recommend working with Zentap. They do more then just sign you up and walk away. This is a great service. Everything they post is in video form which is awesome. The dashboard is made for easy use, but they pretty much take care of all of that for you. I worked closely with Sean and Nadia, who’ve kept their promise of keeping me updated and always answering my calls! They tell you ask questions whenever you have one, and are great in taking time to explain. They are a dynamic team! I’ve had many different type of last minute video request that they’ve stayed in late on Friday’s and sometimes even on helped me out on Saturday’s. Highly recommend.

The third time that I had to tell Zentap not to publish information not allowed in Texas, I quit them. I cant allow my license to be in jeopardy because they cant do their job as they knew it needed to be done. As they told me they would. Multiple times. Beyond that, the posts they put on my Facebook page looked great, but unless they were boosted, they were only seen by a few people - 10 to 30 usually. There were also problems with their settings changing, which discontinued the automatic posting of new listings, properties under contract, and properties sold. I never did understand how that was happening.
I am very happy with Zentap and their knowledge of social media. Nadia Ross is always very patient and helps me in areas I am not familiar with. It has certainly improved my exposure as a realtor.

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the number of verified leads that I got on the third day.Out of ten hits, three responded that were interested in purchasing a home within the next three to six months. In fact, I have scheduled one conference call for for both spouses this Friday night. Whenever a Zentap customer service rep said they would call they were on time. Furthermore, they have taken a real interest in ensuring that I am successful in my business and that means a lot since I am a small account in Alabama.These young folks are skilled in the art of social media branding and they relate so well to millennials since they are millennials themselves. Great services, poor customer services. Lied to sell service.Billing rep hung up in my face, stating I never paid however they had to issue a refund because they charged the account pre-maturely and sales consultant had to get involved per his promises...scratching my head. Website was never completed, sent all properties sold to email provided also, added to portal, unfinished website, forget getting in touch with anyone, until payment is needed. No one pays for lies and incomplete service, unresponsiveness and pure rudeness Too many companies out there not to be valued.
I just got a call from this company and my phone was in a bad area. as I got connection I can hear the representative cursing at me calling me names and and then hung up on me. And that is before I became a client of theirs. I wonder what their service is like? or I wonder if they do good business? I have tried to call them back and no response to my voicemails.

I have used them for a couple of months. I wanted to hold off to see what ROI I would get. I do mortgages and I feel like I have tried everything under the sun when it comes to marketing and was disappointed. It is hard for consumers to trust someone in financing without it being a warm referral. I havent found any format to actually bring results or qualified clients. I have had a lot of engagement with the Facebook videos they post and I actually have a client I am working with and in the middle of their purchase that was brought to me by Zentap. Pretty cool. I am impressed and I was very very skeptical.
Ive been impressed w/the quality of Zentaps social marketing. Marketing Mgr. Samantha Oliveira has gone above and beyond helping me with posts and other advice. Shes an excellent representatives of Zentaps quality. I have expanded my contract with them to post on LinkedIn as well as Facebook, InstaGram. Every day I receive new requests to connect from LinkedIn folks. It was a benefit of the regular educational posts that I didnt expect.

When I started with Zentap I was a little skeptical. But, this has been a great learning experience. Jeremy has been so helpful with my Facebook Business Page. I would recommend using this company.
I am a new client and anxious to see within the years time how well it does. However, Nadia is so helpful and helps me navigate through reports and my page. She gives me information on what she wants to go into my page and does it in a timely fashion.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I did not get setup for this service but my credit card ending in ****was charged. When I spoke with the sales rep Daniel Gonzalez and his supervisor Peter I was told I would have the ability to1.Look within my business page settings (within Facebook) and be able to see the ads being ran, approving or declining the ads, see the budgets and change the budgets.2.I was told that they would be able to use my pixel codes so I could retarget and create lookalike audiences.3. I was told I would have 1 contact and account manager and after speaking with the rep (Elad) today he informed me that there are two account reps and a separate account success rep. This was told to me by the sales rep David, his supervisor Peter as well as Elad (the rep who is supposed to have set up my account) yesterday.4.I would be given a full screenshare walk through prior to my card being charged to ensure the service was what I expected as well as a money back guaranteeElad and I set up a meeting to do a screenshare and go through the dashboard yesterday. The meeting / screenshare was supposed to be at 6 PM yesterday and Elad did not call until I emailed him around 7 PM (1 hour late) yesterday evening. When we spoke yesterday evening around 8 PM we set up an appointment for today at 11:30 EST. Within 15-20 minutes of the phone call and screen share he put his supervisor on the line since the pixel and website questions were above his knowledge and would require more expertise. When the supervisor came on the line (I did not catch the supervisors name) he let me know that items 1,2,3 and 4 were all incorrect. He then went as far as to say that they do not give refunds. My account was NEVER setup. No work or advertising or anything was EVER completed. I gave my card information yesterday around noon and in less than 24 hours and within 15 minutes of the screenshare walkthrough I elected to not proceed. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.
I do not recommend this company for real estate services. Ill start with the pros. The initial account representative has been pleasant and knowledgeable since my enrollment on 9/30/19 and the service posts on my Facebook page 2 to 3 times a week. However, there have been a lot of cons and Im stuck in a service paying twice as much my previous service (Market Leader) with much fewer benefits. Since I enrolled, I have had to speak to numerous representatives and have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get a working Facebook banner, website and IDX integration. I have had to submit the same requested information to several different people. Currently, I still dont have a working website & I dont have IDX integration so that my listings automatically come into the software to be viewed by prospective clients or to mak marketing materials.My last phone call was about a week ago, where I voiced my frustrations and asked for a proration of the $1500 that I paid for a 6 month agreement. After being on the phone for almost 2 hours with about 3 different reps, including one male rep who was extremely rude & would not listen, I was offered an extra month of a useless service, compared to my previous service, or $375 of the $1500 back and they would cancel my contract imediately, even though I didnt receive all of the services that were laid out in my contract. I decided to take the extra month to at least get the small benefit of having posts to my Facebook page and maybe a few leads (so far I have only received one bad lead). I would still have to call Market Leader to ask them how I can migrate my domain away from them to another host in order to possibly get my website working.Overall, 50% of the people you speak to for this company have bad attitudes and poor customer service and are a complete waste of time to talk to. Instead of wasting more hours on the phone with them, I will keep Market Leader so that I have a working website and can market to clients adequately without the frustration and wasted time. Overall, I have wasted $1500 and about 20 hours on the phone.

The service the sales person contacting me described was completely different form what I was going to be receiving, for that reason I decided to cancel immediately. Payment was collected And the service was fully described and disclosed; therefore I decided to back down immediately. This happened June 25 they issued a case number and promised a refund within 5 to 7 days. Here we are a month later, I had to get my bank involved show proof of the cancelation, emails back and forth and finally got my money back.
I worked with Brianna on getting my info updated and current. She also helped me to understand the process in creating new material for my Facebook business page. Brianna is easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional!

Nadia was most helpful in helping me to set up my Facebook Business page. As a Realtor since 1985, I have one foot firmly planted in the 20th century and am somewhat hampered by a lack of knowledge relative to social media marketing. Nadia was knowledgeable, technologically adept and patient in our conversation regarding the set up and future administration of the Facebook page. Additionally, her cheerful disposition made the set up exercise most enjoyable.
So my MLS is not one that allows it to be automatically hooked up, so I have to manually create all the ads. I was not prepared for this on my first phone call and felt stressed because of this. I will let you know if this program actually generates any leads for me. So Zentap found a work around for my MLS not being apart of their program. I still have to manually email over my listings but they will create the ads for me. I will keep you posted.

Zentap has created a system that allows the agent to keep their social media platforms updated with current market values by area and zip code. You can create videos for your listings, download everything you do which is convenient and call customer service and actually get great customer service.

I signed up about a month ago, so far its been great. Facebook page has a new video banner, they are posting content on regular basis. Website is built, requesting few changes to finish it off. Lead generation is going pretty well. Actually got 1 lead preapproved and shopping currently. So far its been great experience.
Terrible company. Once they get your money, there is no one to talk to. I signed on for a year contract as they over-promised and under delivered. I was duped and they wouldn’t let me off my contract!! I’ve been calling multiple times but there’s no one who wants to address my issue. Beware! There are other companies with ethics that do better work! Just Google them.
