2018-10-12 04:48:45I am a senior living in a senion home. I need the tv headset so i dont bother the other residents with the loud tv. However, the setup is not as easy as they claim. I have had them 5 days and cannot get them to work. I have been calling the support group for 4 days, leaving numerous messages and no one has called me, answered the phone or tried to help me. All i want is to get them working. I am very disappointed in the treatment of their customers. I used money i really did not have to buy this. Shame on them.
