Payyourrent.com holds your funds beyond there own stated timeframes and makes baloney excuses to customers but never holds there own employees accountable for there delays in processing rent payments. They make there money off the float plus the additional fees that the tenant pays for each monthly payment. I dont mind the fees if they would pay on time. Getting started for both the landlord and tenant is a complicated process with many delays and hiccups requiring phone calls to there unlisted number to resolve. Now that my first rent payment has finally processed, Ill update this review in a few months to see if it gets better over time. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one star, is that they are among only two companies in the US who will report payments to all 3 credit bureaus AND will work with landlords who have only 1-2 apartments for rent. All the rest of rent payment companies require higher volume of apartments, which penalizes tenants who happen to pick an apartment from a small landlord. . UPDATE 2021 - After 6 months of using payyourrent.com -MY Review is better and my experience is better. They have reported all my rent payments to the 3 major credit bureaus as promised and it boosted my credit score. The initial setup process had some unexpected mistakes, surprises and glitches, thats why I had a bad initial review.

We love pay your rent! I use it for my rent property and it is seamless. My tenants love it! I’ve used it for over seven years and I’ve never had a glitch.

Pay Your Rent.com reported that I only pay $4 for rent 4 years when I was paying $2300. They damaged my credit tremendously. They still have not corrected the issue even though they said they did it has been two months and still no changes have been made and I will have to pursue legal action if they do not correct the issue.

Customer is always wrong. Wont allow account deletion. Stay away. Buildium is waaaay better.
