I went to Jons Market on 6/18 my family has been visiting Johns 4 Generations when I pulled up I was met by an angry staring security guard I complimented him on the good job he was doing for what she was extremely offended and demanded to know who I was why was there and what I wanted I apologized if I had broken some cultural taboo offering him my hand to shake he made a move for his sidearm and told me that he would call the police if I didnt leave immediately I went into the market and got a manager the manager gave me the phone number of the agency in which hires him I was told by several employees and customers that they had had many problems with the behavior of the security guard in the past I need a report on the phone call and was called this morning and told I would be receiving a phone call from higher-ups to handle the situation I received a phone call from a man claiming to work for Jons Market he told me that I was a liar you didnt understand what my issue was then he proceeded to cuss me out creating a string of profanities told me he did not give a f--- what I did or if I ever came to his store again and hung up on me the behavior from the security guard as well as his boss is unacceptable and I expect a public apology from their corporate office as well as an explanation as what steps will be taken to prevent this kind of behavior in the future
