We switched from another internet provider and went to a Verizon store near our home. When we went in, we were greeted by a nice gentleman named Victor. He helped us with setting up a new service and helping us decide on new phones! We are so pleased with his help and our new phones and service!

Me and my husband went in there earlier today, this is about the man who was working at around 4:10pm in the closest booth to the door. My husband has been having issues with service, texting, calling internet. From the very start I could tell this guy just does not care in the slightest, we told him the problem and he literally did nothing. So I asked if he could at least check the account And he just said for what? Your service is fine. Um? And you know this how? You didnt even check. Ive worked in customer service before, and another phone provider so I hate writing this but T-Mobile cannot be that different. There could be some kind of hold or issue with billing or their plan. He did NOTHING. just said oh LG no longer makes phones so sometimes that just happens. I have an LG, my mom has an LG, we have no issues so instead of guessing maybe try actually doing your job and at least do the bare minimum.
