Alicia is very rude and unprofessional. I was there last night, Tmobile customer service sent me there to Winback program to get a new iPhone. My Id wouldn’t scan( mind you I’ve I’ve have been a customer for 7yrs never had a problem bought phone from this store before) because I don’t use first name or married name but still on id along with all CC medial as card etc. Customer service was on phone with her as we were waiting on CSR to add name to acct phone hung yet. I called CS they said they tried calling store back but no answer I was also told Alisa could have added name, as she was leaving store, CSR wanted to know her name I asked her name she told me as she was walking away back turned and said we can’t update your name but CSR said they can’t because they need to see physical ID and then I find out from Tmobile there are many many complaints on ALISA the manager never had such a frustrating rude experience. While we were waiting she was clicking her nails on counter like I was getting on her nerves. She didn’t even know how to get transfer pin from app if AT&T as a manager . Another rep punched 4 numbers in and got it. I waited my turn it was 8:30 but she was trying to go home. Not a good look for Tmobile CSR was right they have alot of complaints in their system about Alisa and her so sounds like she is totally on the radar for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Are they going to continue to let her behave this way. Day 2 went to Tmobile store in Rancho they were able to do what customer service said Upland store could have done. Get it together UPLAND

The service here is good but if you have a simple question, support or doing a return, you have to wait forever for a simple transaction. They should have a general cashier just to handle returns. Waited 15 minutes the other day and left as I couldn’t wait any longer… returned a few days later and have been here 10 minutes and not sure how soon I can make this return.Update: This location is a joke. Management is terrible. The sales people are bonus hungry and willing to break their own rules by cheating to get their quotas filled. They screwed me on rebates for switching over and they promised to compensate me with a $200 visa gift card since they couldn’t honor the $600 phone buy out credit. Still haven’t seen the $200 gift card to this day when it was promised back in January.Save yourselves the headache and avoid this location like the plague.

Alicia the manager from this store is very stupid. She’s unprofessional and to be honest I don’t know how she got that manager position in the first place. I had a few questions and concerns regarding my account and she was quick to dismiss anything I said. She doesn’t care, i’m not being complicated because trust me I don’t even want to put this review, but I rather take some time out of my day to write this review and let people know that she’s not a good manager, then to just stay quiet about it. She has no customer service whatsoever and I’m not being extra I’m not being a complicated customer I was just trying to get help regarding my account. She should be suspended in my opinion, but here we are.

Look at their 1 star reviews, many of them experienced the same thing of being lied to and tricked. Come at your own risk, either go to a different location or an entirely different carrier like I did. They will lie to you and arrange things in your phone plan to make the sale and you will waste much of your time and to fix whatever they did and not likely succeed. I was told that the apple watch is on promo for free if I go with a monthly service plan of $10/mo so I looked into my billing a couple days later only to find Im being billed $15/mo for the service and I was paying monthly installments for the watch that was supposed to be free. I contacted the person who sold me the watch and that person assured me that it is free and to wait for the billing cycle to change, I did and nothing changed. I tried to return the unopened watch and to find out I cannot because it passed the 14 day return policy so Im thinking it was part of their strategy to tell you to wait till the billing cycle so you wouldnt be able to return and get stuck with something you didnt agree to. Walked in to get help transferring apps and data from my old phone to the new phone. The first guy who helped me didnt take time to understand my reservations or concerns. He just barreled through the process without consulting me. I expressed my frustration and he just disconnected everything and said he was going to get someone else to help me and walked away. Trust me, that experience was enough to make me put a 1 star on this review. But the manager did his due diligence to try and understand and make me happy. He listened to my concerns about the previous rep as well as my phone. He took the time to explain the processes and give his opinion about the different products I was working with. He was helpful.

Amazing experience ! I stopped by to ask for help with adding a new line for a family member. As soon as we walked through the door, Joe immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and ready to see how he could assist us. We explained our request. Joe provided quick and clear instructions. Within 3 minutes, he got the phone line set up and ready to go. Staff are friendly and the store projects a comfortable feel. Very satisfied. Great job and keep up the good work.

Lazy lazy lazy. Workers that don’t want to work. Walked in around 7:33pm tonight December 28. Two workers at this time man and a woman. I asked if Tom was there they said he had already left then they started debating who should help me. “You wanna help her” “ ahhh i can do it” “you don’t look like you want to” etc…. I just turned around and left. It seems the only one that would of helped me and the only one actually working had left already and the co-workers don’t like working. Need to hire more Tom’s at this location and fire the ones not pulling their weight.

So far our experience with T-Mobile has been beyond horrible. At another store, an employee opened a fraudulent account in my wifes name and one in mine.He is being prosecuted for felony fraud by the US Department of Justice. We received a Victims Advocate statement from the DOJ.We are seniors and this has been a nightmare!This was another example of this being a company with very low standards for customer service, as the person was not at all helpful.T-Mobile is a customer service hell.

We went to the Colonies store after my daughters Iphone was stolen. The police told us to get help from our carrier. We explained how the phone was stolen and we needed to have phone cleared or blocked . Whatever could be done to prevent thieves getting info. The guy said you have to do that. My daughter told him, I cant I dont have my phone. He said, then the information will stay there. He stood there and said nothing else. We got No help from this guy. About 4 other employees stood starring at us. None of them offered assistance or information. Horrible customer service. You go there with hopes of getting guidance. He basically said cant do anything for you. Never offered a new phone No suggestions. When we got home we called customer care. They shut down the phone and cleared the phone just like what we had asked for at the store. They said of course it can be done. Dont go there when you really need serious help. Employees cant help you.

Long wait times and not enough associates but once you get an associate they will do their best to help you
