Had a successful trip to this Verizon location! I was inquiring on purchasing two Apple Watches and adding it onto my current plan. Victor helped me out and he was AWESOME! He was extremely helpful and patient with me, made everything super easy and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. He took his time to explain the difference between the watches, the prices, colors, etc. Definitely don’t see great customer service like that all the time, so 10/10, thanks Victor! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and customer service!

Went to get a plan. Was told I get 2 free phones when I switch which was a lie! Came back 2 days later to get my phone since they didnt have it in stock. They said I had to pay over 300$. Why tell me I get a free phone then have to pay for activation and idk what else. I got the run around and now I feel like cancelling. Phone is a 2021 Motorola not an IPHONE! it already cracked I called to get it repaired since im paying for 50$ INSURANCE for each phone! They said i cannot because they dont have the screen in stock! They wanted me to buy another phone. Wish I was told all of this when I asked instead of waisting almost 500$ was told FIRST bill will be a little over 200$ it was apmost 400$! Had to call and get the fees waived! thanks for the run around. SECOND bill would be 170 which again was a lie. When I talked to customer service they said its 240! I dont understand why u would tell your customers in store that their bill will be a certain number and when its not u act surprised. Needless to say Im pissed especially in this economy I just wanted honesty instead they just try to sell u anything not bolted down 👎 BE HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

I came in to replace an older model Google Pixel that finally met its doom with a fall to concrete. I was presented with several options for replacement and the different promotions or savings pertaining to each. The cost was far less than what I was expecting to pay and the process for purchase and transferring data, apps, and photos from my old device to another was seamless and quick. I left feeling confident in my purchase without feeling any pressure to buy one device over another. I felt like I was being listened to throughout my experience. Ill be sure to come back for any future mobile or wireless needs.

I took my 88 yo dad in today to replace his very old iPhone S. Our salesman Lee, suggested the SE which is almost identical to the phone my dad had so he didn’t have to relearn where a lot of things were. (This is the one we had thought would work best for him.) He was so very courteous and kind, managed other customers when they came in and gave us great service. He set everything up beautifully and explained it in layman’s terms. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I went in shortly before closing, one guy (Josh? Maybe John) was the only one working there but was doing a good job handling three customers at once. Got my service switched over from another carrier with no problem. A little surprising because the official website kept having problems when I was trying to sign up through that. A buddy who works for Verizon wireless suggested I go try at a Verizon-run retail store, but I came in here instead by accident. Gotta say Im pretty happy about that though, as I received great service.

I went to this location based on reviews. I had an amazing experience and I will pay it forward with a well deserved review.I needed a phone, I went to this location and the experience here was better than any experience I’ve ever had in the past 15+ years with Verizon. I have to specifically highlight Shawn as he was the person whom assisted me. He explained everything in detail and maintains a ton of product knowledge. I will now only go to this store for my needs and will only refer people to this location. Reviews really do help and I wouldn’t have gone to this location if I didn’t read the reviews myself. Hello, my name is Constantin Alexandrescu, there is a gentleman, his name is John at this store (1945 N Campus-Colonies in Upland CA.), and I went several times in the last days of 2021 and today 01-04-2022, whenever I went with different issues, John very respectful, professional, knowledgeable, was solving the issues: either on promotion, contract, etc.!Honestly, Ive never met another employee like him, as soon you come in the store he is greeting you, and still working with OTHERS CUSTOMERS he took me also, he is working with several customers, he was only employee in the Verizon store, amazing!In the past, in the same store were employees who werent very knowledgeable, they put things in contract w/o asking us, however since JOHN came and working here, the level of Verizon Services were raised at high level. I HOPE SOMEONE FROM VERIZON WILL READ MY COMMENTS AND JOHN WILL BE REWARDED!!!

If I could give this Verizon no stars, I would. Last October, when I was there switching to Verizon from T Mobile, I was made aware of a promotion they had. The deal was, trade in your old iPhone, get a new one, get $1000 credit. I didn’t even need a new phone, but was convinced because the deal was that good. They took my old iPhone 11Pro, and I have not seen a single credit for that phone. They stole my phone! I have been in contact with Verizon and they tell me that this is an authorized retailer and not one of the stores they manage and they have no tracking for that phone I turned in. I’ve talked to the manager John several times but I just get the run around. I finally just filed a complaint with the BBB. Hoping for a solution. Horrible service! Stay far away!

I find the staff to very courteous and professional. I have done business with the store for a number of years. I always return anytime I am in need of Verizon services. The manager impressed on my first contact some years ago. I was happy today to see that he was still there. I regret not being able to recall his name at this time. He is short, pleasant and Ernest. Appears to be of Asian descent. I am embarrassed that I cannot call his name at this time, but I think he deserves credit for maintaining a relaxed, productive work environment.

Store showed inventory to verizon online so I placed an order to pick up from this store under a promotion. Order was cancelled by the store and never filled and I was not notified. I called to find out status of my order (had to go through a call center first, which is ridiculous), the Agent said that they had cancelled my order but I could come in to purchase the phone inperson, I live 40 miles away. Seems like a scam to get more orders through their own store and not direct through verizon. I asked if the price would be the same, they said I would have to come in (40 mile drive) for them to tell me the price. I had to replace my order with Verizon online and now have to deal with customer service to ensure the price is correct because the store cancelled my order and messed up my promotion.

STEVEN (LONG HAIR, RED BEARD) really took care of us! He went above and beyond with exceptional customer service when my girlfriend and I came in to do two upgrades on our plan to the IPhone 11 Pro Max.. Typically we DO NOT like upgrading because of how long it takes and the fact that we usually lose most of our pictures or whatever when we do the swap to new phones. STEVEN made the process quick, painless and all while juggling other people (Including one crazy customer talking about aliens hacking her information lol). I highly recommend asking for STEVEN, he is very knowledgeable and just overall a really easy going and professional guy. That guy deserves every part of this shout out! Thanks again man!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been with verizon for about 12 years now and have never had this problem. My husband was supposed to go to the store on 19th street that is right across this one (so much better and much more helpful). He showed up here and waited a long time since there was only one person working which isnt a big deal. But then he talked to them about upgrading, the guy charged him almost 400 dollars and then said one of the phones had to be shipped to the store which again not big deal, but he said they would call him when it arrived. He never got a call and we couldnt call because there was no number on the door or website. I had to walk in and the guy working, John, seemed to be trying to be helpful and multitask since ther was another customer as well, when I got my phone he said I had to pay another 260, this was never told to my husband in the beginning, then the first guy told my husband he had two weeks to return the items and when I asked about returning the items instead, John said we had to pay $50 restocking fee per device which we had 4. Then he helped me order a different size watch and said it would arrive Saturday or Monday. I went in on Monday and the door said they open at 10am but the employee didnt open until 11am. When we told the employee we were there to pick up my watch since the tracking number said it was delivered on Friday and signed by J. ARNOLD, but the employee said he cannot help us because he cannot do exchanges and we would have to wait until Wednesday for his manager. I asked to speak to the manager or get his number and he said he cant and handed me a card to call customer service. We called twice and have made two escalation forms and have not been contacted. This is ridiculous because we cant even return the items without being charged, and we cannot get the items we already paid for. This store is awful. They should not have employees working if they cannot help a customer get their products. I recommend never going here and go to the verizon across the way.

Having been a longtime customer of Go Wireless, i had a dead phone and tried to get it replaced by the Corporate Verizon store over Thanksgiving weekend. I would have had to be without a phone for 5 days. I wasnt comfortable with their solution and came to Go Wireless. I had the absolute best experience at this store. Chris, the Manager listened to me and accommodated my requests. It was such a great experience i came back to get a second new phone.

HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased two shields at $80 a piece with a 2-year plan which includes 2 free replacement shields. I have 3 shields left and tried to get my sons replaced. They told me they couldn’t because his phone is too old and I needed to upgrade and still would have to purchase a new shield if I did that. This store will rip you off. Do not purchase anything from them. Go to a REAL Verizon store. The manager hasn’t called me back and it’s been a over a week.

As a Realtor we all know most of our business is operated from our cell phones. I consider it my office and therefore the most important investment I have. Theres not enough room to write about this place and their manager Steven. I drove all the way here from Glendora after getting the worst service at the Verizon store in Glendora. I had a problem transferring my data from my 8+ to my new iPhone 11. I made an appointment for the Verizon store only to have them tell me that they were ordered to shut down (for not following the rules of course) and couldnt help me. Their customer Service was the worst. I frantically started checking Google for the nearest Verizon and found this place, GoWireless. I realized it was further than what I wanted but made a phone call and spoke to Steven who said there are several ways that he can help me and to just come on down. So glad I did. Today is day two hes been working on this and he never gave up on me after realizing that it was practically impossible to do a simple transfer of data. There was one final method that he could try (because hes smart and WANTS to help) to get my data transferred. So Im sitting here at GoWireless and it is almost done. I am hoping the regional managers and owner of GoWireless is reading this. THIS MAN IS AN ASSET. Employees like him are very very hard to come by. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! No really. Take care of him before someone sweeps in and steals him from you. THANK YOU Steven. I dont know what I wouldve done without you.

I went in to pick up a phone that was pre-ordered and had been paid for. As I walk in, I was never greeted at any time. The rep actually sighed because it was 7:55 and they closed at 8. As I sat down he asked “what was I there for”. I simply told him that I ordered a phone and was picking it up. He said “look man are you trying to get a line or do you have it”. I said “it was a new line that was opened up, I’m just picking up the phone”. He said well are you paying cash or card. I repeated twice saying“ it’s paid for but I’ll pay cash if anything is left”. He clearly wasn’t listening because he was concentrating on closing. He stopped and said “well we can’t take cash because I counted the register and we only take card”. He never asked me for my number or ever checked my order number. I just switched and I’m planning on going back. I also do sales and this was the most lazy unprofessional employee I have ever met. This encounter was very unprofessional from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. Not even a “thank you for coming”. Never going back to this store. Don’t go to a retailer store! They aren’t the real thing, look for a corporate store! They will also lie saying they have better deals than a corporate store but they don’t!

My go to store !!!I know there are 2 locations in the area but the Verizon guys located by Chic Filet are the best !!!! Shawn helped me transfer my phone numbers and pictures and and got me and wife out the store in under 1 hour. Ive been to other Verizon stores and the transfer process usually takes 3-4 hours so I will be going back when its time to get another phone . Thanks Shawn !!!!

This store is the only reason we stay with Verizon. Unlike most Verizon stores.....if you have a problem with your phone, they take care of it immediately. You can really tell a lot about a business by how they handle problems, and other stores should really learn a lesson from them. Selection and pricing is the same as other Verizon stores, but the service is what really makes this place great. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you are happy.

Ive been going to this store for years and I couldnt be happier with my experience. I started off going to the location across the street on 19th but was finally fed up with the horrible customer service, never have I been treated so bad as I did at that 19th st location. I went across the street to the location next to Wells Fargo and Chick-Fil-A and havent gone anywhere else since. Great prices, wonderful customer service! Id recommend anyone to that store! Its a must go!

I went in to simply purchase a charger for my iPhone - and the sales person said they don’t accept cash (after walking back to my car to get exact change because first he told me they don’t have change to give me - like any dollars or coins!!!) so they lost a sale at a time where they should be chomping to earn revenue. BAD BUSINESS. This is the only business I’ve been in completely refusing cash. My money is as dirty as that card your swiping or the key pad you expect me to touch. Either way that’s LudacrisWon’t come back to any Verizon again.

We had a little glitch with our promised rebate from Samsung....it is a bit of a pain to get this all to work...HOWEVER...CHRIS worked very hard to get this rebate pushed through. My wife purchased an iPhone from Candace and was not satisfied with the purchase. Gave a trade in 64gb iPhone 6 Plus assuming that it was going to be credited towards the total but wasnt. My wife was given a bag with her phones and some electronics which she thought were promotional items. I reviewed her receipt and read that her trade in value went towards electronics that she did not want. My wife was not able to return those items because the value of trade in phones could only be used for in store purchases. Bad communication will not shop at an authorized dealer again.
