I had to obtain landlord coverage and could not get it through State Farm (where I had my homeowner coverage). My real estate agent at State Farm recommended Kessler insurance. I reached out to them and was put in contact with Kara Slocum. Kara was friendly and professional. She provided me with a wealth of knowledge regarding landlord coverage as I am very inexperienced with it. She searched for quotes for me, and she found me a wonderful deal with Steadily Insurance, all things considered with how coverage currently is in California. I showed the quote to another insurance agent, who was impressed with the quote, recommended I go with it, and did not think I could do any better. Kara provided me with different liability coverage options as well. She followed up with me to ensure my coverage began on the day I needed it to. She was timely, attentive, concise, informative, patient, and a pleasure to work with.

I have been aware of Kessler Alair for years, but never had an opportunity to call them until my current insurance company doubled an annual premium. I took all 5 of my policies to Kessler. Mike Kessler had my quote prepared the next day and was available by email and text immediately to answer my questions. I never waited more than minutes before I had my answer. At the beginning they were very professional gave me good deal on my cars and home insurance to switch. After 6 month they raise my cars insurance 25% with no accident nor tickets on my records. I called and argue the price but David did not gave a clear explanation regarding the increase. I guess they use this technique: They will give you a discounted price at the beginning and after 6 month prices will go up 20-30% typical sales trick that they use. Be aware of this if your insurance raise up 6-10% stick where you are because and Kessler you will have a cheap rate for 6 month and the rates will skyrocket after. Beware of there sales approach to gain your business... I was really disappointed how they handled the situation with zero customer service. It was take our high price or leave.

Leslie was a godsend literally. After being canceled from our insurance I spent all morning trying to get various quotes. After nearly giving up, I came across Leslie towards the end of my afternoon. She put in some work to make sure I ended up with insurance by the end of the day. I appreciate the clear communication, hard work and hustle to get my family covered. Was given the phone number to Kessler Alair Insurance Services because my teenage son was getting his license and I needed to shop for a better rate, since I knew it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, Kessler actually got me better coverage and a rate far lower than my previous company. They also covered my home lowering my homeowners insurance premium by over 500.00 a year... and the coverage is the same as my previous company. Unless she wasnt there I was able to stop by her office at any time so we could meet in person. All of my questions were always answered and I never felt pressured to spend more money. I signed up for Mercury auto insurance through Dan Cavazos at Kessler Alair in Upland, California. From start to finish, Dan was a 5 star agent. I had compared at least a dozen top rated insurance companies and quotes when Dan called me concerning a quote I received from the Mercury website. Amazingly, he gave me an even lower quote with the most comprehensive coverage out of all the companies I had researched. I did a little more research, and found that his office, Kessler Alair, was consistenly rated 5 stars by consumers. Because of this, I made an appoint to sign up for Mercury with Dan. The whole appointment took about 30 min. and he was able to get me comprehensive coverage for two drivers. For comparison, I was paying $162/mo. with Infinity auto insurance for just myself! I now pay $81/mo. for even better coverage for my brother and I! Dan at Kessler Alair is truly a great agent!
