I was having problems starting up myLaptop, after being inspected, it turned out it needed a new hard drive. Lin was extremely knowledgeable and generouswith this time to explain everything thoroughly and was able to replace my hard drive, reinstall the operating system and even some valuable software programs that I had lost. I have no idea about the other bad experiences people have had, but I can tell you, this gentleman sure takes care of me, and my whole family.My sister is a CPA with 2 kids who all use computers, she has taken multiple laptops in to be repaired, traded in for new-used, or virus repair.
