Gosh, where do I start! Our small business had grown faster than our technical needs and wants had grown. Within a couple of weeks, Michael upgraded our firmware/software, found vulnerabilities, patched areas of cyber security concerns, and began helping us organize our future plans for infrustructural technical growth. He has been our IT Department for a year now and quite honestly the best investment our company has ever made.As we make improvements, Michael is with us all the way. We call him for simple things like when our printers dont work and we call him for big enhancements like our recently installed VOIP phone system. He has helped us advance our video security system, routers, and electrical/ wiring issues. I absolutely reccommend Michael Duke and Just Smart Business Technologies. Just wish I could give him more stars!

A true partner that is able to bring real value to our business. They have been able to help us with our needs immediately and get the right vendors involved when we have issues that are beyond our capabilities. Even though we have a full IT department, we have been able to use this partnership in aspects such as BDR, licensing, and services. The owner is knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. Moved into a new building with multiple offices! Called a number of companies looking for specific needs! Michael Duke at JSBT promptly replied to my call for expertise and help. Requiring new network, data back up and Transfer of data from old system to new system. Michael solved all my problems and procured and integrated all hardware and software. Computers hmmm ! black magic but JSBT solved the mysteries and my concerns quickly and with out drama. I have NO trouble recommending Michael Dukes JSBT.
