Ravi’s help was amazing! I was having troubles with my gaming laptop and spent all day trying to figure it out, and after one quick call I was able to get my laptop to Ravi and he solved the issue! Ace Computer Fix was prompt in his response to my request. I contacted him for a quote to have my MacBook Air screen replaced after it cracked. I dropped off my MacBook a few days later and he had it done quickly. He received the replacement screen and had it done that same day! He was honest, personable and had excellent communication. I would definitely recommend him and will use him should I ever need him again, but hopefully not! LOL.

All these reviews are clearly fake. When I got to Ravis house for issues with my laptop, he was at least very honest.He told me LITERALLY, and I am quoting: I AM THE WORST COMPUTER PERSON THERE IS AND I CHARGE THE MOST. I AM A CRIMINAL.While I thought he was joking at first, he assured me that he wasnt. His inability to address my issues verified that he had no idea what he was doing.I packed up my things and got out of there as fast as I could.

Ravi saved my life! I am a grad student, and my MacBooks screen internally cracked during midterm week. It completely ruined the laptop, and half the screen went black. I contacted Ravi for an estimate and he was extremely quick at responding. Aside from that, he did not overcharge me whatsoever and estimate was very reasonable. To make it better, he was able to order the part I needed, fix my laptop, and get it back to me all within 24 hours!!! Apple tried to open my laptop that went dark and would not open. They suggested that the only option was to erase the entire computer. They referred me to a data recovery company who quoted $500 to $1900 to retrieve the data and 9 days to complete the job. My work computer would no longer boot up. I was in a bit of a panic because our IT provider couldn’t fix the problem. I found ACE on Google and called at 9 in the morning. Robbi is very professional and very welcoming. I came in with issues with my power supply on my pc and he figured it out and fixed my problem. He talks over you when you try to talk with him.Brought my computer into repair a hinge I broke. He did not double check his work so the hinge worked but when I turned the computer on everything was pixelated and weird. He kindly took the computer back and did the reset. I opened the computer after that and now the screen worked but the hinge was off again. I took it back to him a second time and he began to explain in round about ways the difference between repair and fix and what functional means. After picking my computer up a 3rd time I was trying to leave and was done with over explanations and no longer cared what his opinion was on the matter.I asked, why didnt you double check your work?He said, I dont do anything.That moment was my end.

Ravi is an amazing guy who goes above and beyond to fix ANY issue you bring him, I built my 1st gaming PC and thought I did something wrong, I called and spoke with Ravi and he asked me to bring it over and he would look at it. When I got there he took the time to not only look at it but also taught me a few things, turns out that there was nothing being wrong from me putting it together, however the mother-board and GPU were not working, Ravi told me when I got the replacement parts if I needed anything to give him a call and he will take care of me. Very awesome experience! We had an old MAC we bought several years ago that we actually had replaced because it was so slow. The second replacement was not any better. In one last ditch effort to keeping it before we were about to scrap it, we reached out and Ravi was confident he can fix it. For the fraction of what it would have cost to replace it, he gave it new life with faster processing than even our newer computers. It only took a couple days and he was super communicative. If I could give over five stars for the rating, I definitely will.From my experience with the service, here are some key points why Ravi is outstanding:1) Courteous and welcoming - It may be required for all services to be courteous and welcoming but Ravi presented these characteristics well. It made me feel comfortable and assured that he is someone who can have proper engagement in communicating without worries or doubts.2) Responsive - Unlike usual stores, Ravi is responsive with questions and updates with the service. Again, it made me feel assured with what he does.3) Awesome service - My laptop gave out from its monitor hinge. I thought I can fix it on my own but I do not trust my hands sometimes. I cant praise Ravi enough! He fixed my years old computer when the hard drive started to fail. He replaced it with a new one and cleared up years worth of junk before and after transferring my stuff from one hard drive to the next. I was going to take it to the big box GS, but when I tried to make an appointment, I had to press lots of numbers just to put on hold. The call was answered overseas just to make a local appointment. Felt like a run around. In frustration I found Ravi online and I am so glad I did! He got me in right away and had my computer fixed in a couple days. Ravi was so helpful, it only took him less than a week to boot up my laptop again. I went to Geek Squad to diagnose the problem which took a week, but once they determined the damages, they told me it was around $1200 just for a motherboard and palm rest replacement, I had to declined because it was absurd since it was almost the same price to get that laptop I owned. Not only did he repaired it faster, he makes it affordable for you. It only costed me $180, so definitely a steal.

Ravi is THE MAN! My Asus Tuf Gaming Computer took a small tumble off my couch. It had no visible damage, but the next day I had lines in my screen and it kept getting worse. I thought I would give it a try fixing before throwing in the towel and just purchasing a new desktop. So glad I did. My computer motherboard died. It was an old computer which my late husband had built. I took it to Ravi at Ace Computer Fix. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and works in a very timely fashion. He rebuilt my computer for me, which meant he built me a new computer and rescued all of the information from the old one.My new computer works beautifully, except when I do something foolish and cause myself problems. I needed help and selected Ace Computer Fix based on their outstanding service ratings. As it turns out, Ravi is the sole proprietor of his business. His friendly demeamer and exceptional services did matched his outstanding ratings and reviews by previous customers. After evaluating my computer, he explained in detail what the problems were and their solutions. He also recommended upgrading my harddrive which will significantly increase the speed of my computer and improve the connectivity between my computer and router due to their locations within my house. Plus, extending the life of my computer. All at a reasonable price. Before leaving, he had me navigate through my computer to ensure I was satisfied with his solutions and work. Theres nothing that I can add to how pleased I was with his services that wasnt already said by his previous customers. Needed a MacBook Battery replacement which usually takes a week or more from Apple, and he had it done in one night after we ordered the parts. I was so impressed I brought him and iPad, Mac desktop and old MacBook. He was equally amazing with those. Ravi was very efficient and thorough. He was easy to work with and corrected what was wrong with all 3 of my computers. He upgraded the hard drives on the 2 iMacs and made recommendations on how to supplement my computers DVD problems with alternative external devices that would be of higher quality than replacing the old internal ones. I have been told that it was better to replace the iMacs because it would cost too much to repair. Those suggestions were untrue. He fixed them both for so little cost I was truly amazed. Also he was pleasant to visit with and gave me full attention on a number of subjects even though they were not computer related. I highly recommend this man for anyones computer problems.

My computer just stopped working one day, and when I contacted Ace Computer Fix, he said he might be able to fix it and to bring it over. Well, within a few hours of having dropped the computer off, he contacted me and said I had two options: data recovery or replace the motherboard. I chose to replace the motherboard as it was cheaper. Not only did I get the motherboard replaced, but it was completed within a week! That included the parts order AND replacement! The first time I went to Ace Computer Fix, I was ready to write a 5 star review: great to work with, reasonable price, got the job done. The second time was horrible. He charged me $125 -- for what? First he told me all the cords I asked him to check should be recycled. I was so surprised, I questioned him, and we proceeded to sort the cords --together--. He told me my tablet screen was not broken. I never said it was. He saw the look on my face, tried turning it on, Oh, it freezes when you turn it on. Its not worth fixing. Another thing he did while I was right there. I asked him if a flash drive had a virus on it. It took 30 seconds for him to check it (it didnt have a virus), and reset it, also done while I was standing there. I asked him to wipe the tablet and two old cell phones, No need, since youre going to be recycling them. The only thing he did on his own time was to check an old computer tower and download the contents onto a flash drive. Thats $125 worth of work?! He checked --two-- towers and downloaded contents from one of them, and charged me $60 on my first visit. The worst part of all: he --replaced-- what was already on my flash drive!! I LOST everything he had downloaded on my first visit, what was on my parents computer -- invaluable things, like pictures from my brothers funeral, an addendum to my parents trust my mom had saved on document, etc. I saved that tower for years and he took everything of value from it in one instant and charged me $125 to do it.
