Called for Geek Squad and after long hold time, I was dropped during the call, prob intentional, as I was a tad confrontational. Just wanted to know cost of installing 3-4 webcams. Couldn’t even reach anyone or get a prelim cost for it. Already HUGE TIME WASTER. Think I’ll go elsewhere.They are good at marketing their services, but can’t deliver on that promise.From what I read on other reviews they took forever to fix a computer, were out of the battery for a device. Sounded so bad. I had excellent experience att Batteries plus Bulbs store in Thousand Oaks. Turned in my iPad for a new battery, got it back in perfect shape less than 48 hours and cheaper than promised. I would highly recommend them, so friendly too.

This is the best print shop, highest quality products, support, and service. I especially appreciate how personalized the service is.My latest print project was a bit lengthy and complicated. All I did was email the files to Ray, ask for options, turnaround and pricing, he responded promptly and I replied that I would get back to him. I ordered the service about a week later, and presto! done as promised and beautiful quality!I use them for black and white or color printing. They are a lifesaver whenever my home office printer is offline. I have also used their on site computer stations to print docs in person both from a flash drive or the cloud. They also sell some of the most essential office supplies, a real timesaver when you need paper, folders, pens, highlighters, notebooks, folders, etc.Ray also did a great job of printing and duplicating some headshots for me, so great! He and this staff are so professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, They are also so kind when I have to come in with my son with me to the shop. He has Autism and LGS, and COPYHUB is accessible and welcoming to him which is amazing!COPYHUB knows their business, their customers and it shows! Having been living in Moorpark since 1974 to 2012, the business still runs like that small town way and get a more personal assistant; unlike the larger cities of clients just being numbers in the computer! When I moved out in my own in 1979 to live in San Fernando Valley, my very first car insurance was indeed Mercury. Back then the agents made houscalls to have a greater personal one on one business transaction. It was truly the same ways of living in Moorpark.
