2021-09-08 01:51:30The annual service contract is a great deal. However, keep this is mind:There is no way to contact themThey dont update youIt takes a LONG time to get your computer (or whatever is being seeviced) backI tried twice having a school computer worked on and they never get it back in time to bring to schoolTheyre incredibly rude about how long it takes if thats a problem for youThe manager and another manager type were incredibly ride that they didnt finish or update me when I had requested and scrubbed my data, wouldnt have it ready days after I needed it, if I took it then (3 days late) I would never get my data back, AND it wasnt fixed (4 days in!)

2021-12-11 22:50:12Called for Geek Squad and after long hold time, I was dropped during the call, prob intentional, as I was a tad confrontational. Just wanted to know cost of installing 3-4 webcams. Couldn’t even reach anyone or get a prelim cost for it. Already HUGE TIME WASTER. Think I’ll go elsewhere.They are good at marketing their services, but can’t deliver on that promise.From what I read on other reviews they took forever to fix a computer, were out of the battery for a device. Sounded so bad. I had excellent experience att Batteries plus Bulbs store in Thousand Oaks. Turned in my iPad for a new battery, got it back in perfect shape less than 48 hours and cheaper than promised. I would highly recommend them, so friendly too.

2019-11-25 00:35:26The absolute worst. The technicians are complete incompetents. Do not waist our time or money there. I took my kids iPhoneX in for repair. They made a huge deal to check the phone. I waited for ever then they charged me in advance and made me wait for a long time to then just tell me that they cant do the repair because they are not allowed to and that only Apple could make the repair. REALLY! then why offer to repair at all? Waist of your time to go there. Use Apple Store. NOT Geeks.

2021-02-12 20:25:09NO MATTER WHEN YOU CALL, NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!! I CAME WITH AN APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE MY APPLE PHONE BATTERY, AND WHEN I ARRIVED THE BATTERY WAS NOT IN STOCK. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?! ANSWER THE STORE PHONE! THIS IS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! CORPORATE IS USELESS AS WELL!
